Tailgating. I will often be driving at the speed limit and people will still be right behind me, pressuring and signaling for me to speed up even in areas where I know there are speed cameras - infuriating. Often they are women.
It happens a lot where I live too. They'll tailgate even when you're going 5-10 over, or if there's a car already in front of you and there's no way to go faster. I've started driving obnoxiously slow when people tailgate. Or you can tap the brakes, but this is more dangerous.
There's also a lot people not using turn signals, and forgetting to turn on their lights at night.

I sometimes just stick my hand out the window and signal the speed limit with my fingers and then wave goodbye to them before they inevitably make a sharp turn. This infuriates many of them who then flip me off or begin to test my lip reading abilities through the rear view mirror. I probably should not do that but I get bored sometimes and it gives me a laugh.
Yep, people have also forgotten to signal when turning. If I do see a signal, I do not trust that signal either as people often mistakenly have them on. Such a nuisance as I now need to be extra careful at intersections and roundabouts.
I think everyone (most people?) lost the plot sometime during lockdowns.
I have also noticed both these lots of tailgating and no signaling. I also like to mess with them with brake checks and other behavior. I’ve even gotten into a few arguments where guys that have shouted at me, but when I asked to them to pull over and exit the vehicle to discuss the situation they quickly drove away or declined.
My theory is it’s a combination of lockdowns, immigrants/illegals, and hubris. The women expect everyone to get out of their way because they are the boss lady, and immigrants come from cultures where there are no laws or driving rules.
I chalk up most of the tailgating and crazy driving as people just don’t have good time management skills and they are late for most everything in life. Probably taking extra 5-10 min scrolling through their phone and oops now I’m late, got to hurry up on the roads.
There is one particular grocery store in my area where when you enter, you are entering a place of anxiety, stress and customers who seem to be in a rush like they are over caffeinated or something. Doesn’t matter much on the time of day or what day you go. Other grocery stores nearby people seem “normal” and not in a frantic state while they shop. Very strange, not sure if it’s the type of people that shop at the particular store or the layout of the store sucks and this creates people to act this way. Interesting psychological study for sure.
How bright are the lights? Are they fluorescent or those basically fluorescent LEDs? These types of lights are intense for the eyes, and like sunlight making you wake up they put your body into a more alert state.
Also, crowding increases aggression.
Yep. Latin american here. There's traffic laws here on paper, but everyone just does whatever they want. I've seen even traffic enforcement agents doing some really retarded things. You have to think in everyone elses' stead when you're behind the wheel. No doubt when these people jump over the American border, they keep doing all the same BS they do here.
The reason for all of this is simple: These people all have IQs of 85 or less.

No, I've always known that Negroes are subnormal...I'm into geography/cartography/spatial analysis and it just feels crazy to see it represented spatially on a map.

My reasoning is if anything were to happen to me, that person isn't going to help me, so I don't feel any obligation to help them unless it is to help myself.

Another place I used to live people would commonly tap their brakes when on the highway, I believe because no one used cruise control, everyone was always accelerating as fast as they could go.

Once I decided to spray the pickup tailgating me on the freeway with my wiper fluid. I was driving a safe distance from the car in front of me going about 80 mph, which was about to pass an 18-wheeler. The redneck pickup driver was not happy. He proceeded to pull into the right lane, speed up and pass me on the right, then violently swerve back into the left lane. There was about a couple inches between my bumper and the back of his truck, and if I hadn't hit the brakes there would likely have been a very bad accident.
So now whenever I see tailgaters, I just tend to ignore them.
I'm a bit skeptical of these IQ studies. These countries have huge numbers of illiterates and people not taught even basic math skills. Are we sure they are comparing apples to apples? For example, an Italian student who is in 10th grade needs to be compared to a Congolese student in 10th grade. Because some IQ performance is due to education and other life circumstances, not necessarily the genetic component.
That's not to say Africa isn't going to be lower, it is. But an IQ of 65 is literally retard level. Blacks in the US tend to score in the upper 80s or low 90s I believe, and they have the mostly the same genetics as West Africans (with a bit of White blood) but live in much better conditions. I found a new study from this year, which was done online so you know the user at least is familiar with how to operate a computer and can read. Unfortunately, this introduces selection bias in choosing the study population so it's also far from perfect. Europe, East Asia, and the Anglosphere score similar to the above chart, but the less developed world scores significantly higher (especially Iran).
The lowest country here is Gabon at 86, and the highest is South Korea at 108 to give you an idea of the scale. I'm guessing the true Sub-Saharan IQ is somewhere between 86 and ~65-70.

Education and such do have an effect on IQ, but it's way overstated, largely by normies whose reasoning is entirely post-hoc, rooted not in logic but in simply not wanting it to be true that intelligence is measurable and that people are not made equal.
The main reason why American blacks have higher IQs is not because they live in better conditions. It's because when the tyrant Abraham Lincoln abolished slavery all of a sudden, all these blacks who knew nothing but farm grunt work suddenly had to be kicked out of their plantations and left to fend for themselves with nothing to their name, and basically all of them but the smartest ones obviously then went and simply died.

Many of them just became sharecroppers and were effectively still slaves because they were constantly in debt. Others went to work in the factories at minimum wage. Neither of these things takes much intelligence to do, there were plenty of carpetbaggers and scalawags willing to exploit the situation and hire desperate people.

The Krogers in my area will state something along the lines of "this is your top of the hour conditioning." It started during Covid and persists to this day. I have also noticed Kroger has trouble keeping more than two lanes open on a Sunday let alone having a bagger in this lanes.
From where I work, I have a perfect view of a very high collision location. Almost every day, certainly every second day, there is a collision. The results are about 80% Indians rear ending an Asian woman. Another 15% are Indian rear ending anyone else, and the last few percents are just Canadians rear ending each other.
If anyone has been to India, then they know that ANY AMOUNT OF SPACE ON THE ROAD IS MEANT FOR THEM. There are no sidewalks, no traffic laws and if there is even the slightest possibility they can fit their car/bike/cart/cow into a gap, they take it.
I am witnessing in real time the 3rd worldification of my city, so most likely you are seeing it happen where you live as well.
