US Border Crisis

Expected. This will take a while, but we’ll see in the end if the Supreme Court cucks. My guess is they will because there is precedent, but let’s hope that the majority realize they need to help save the nation.
Even better that way. If it was just an EO, then sooner or later another democratic president would overturn it with his own order. But once it goes all the way up to SCOTUS, we will have a constitutional ruling, binding all future administrations.

I agree, but we don’t know how they will rule. There is precedent that they will rule striking it down. I think the evidence is stronger for them to vote to strike down the EO, than to end birthright citizenship. It’s a dumb rule, but we’ll have to see how his DOJ argues.

I'm somewhat hopeful. At the very least SCOTUS should close some loopholes, like the birth tourism, for good.

Intent of 14th amendment quite clear. Not, any beaner who shows up and spits out a baby, but “Subject to the jurisdiction therein”. How can judges not see what was written in the Congressional record by the author of the 14A and see clearly what was intended?

Reminder: author of the 14th amendment in 1866, on Congressional record:

“This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States. ”

It was never intended to create anchor babies.

It has always been unconstitutional.

US Transportation Command has been told to prepare to use US military aircraft for migrant deportation flights, according to CNN.

Trump has also told the military to prepare to deploy 10,000 active-duty troops to the border.

"Don't be surprised if you see Marines being dropped off by helicopters," said one official.

"We’ve been told to treat this like a national emergency because it’s been declared a national emergency."

The initial wave of troops being deployed is 1500, including 500 Marines from Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California.

To cut back on government spending costs, those 18,000 Indians will all be sent back to India with only ONE airplane.

100 US troops are already en route to the border. A senior Marine official I spoke to said:
The 500 Marines being sent from being on stand by to help with the California fires will be armed and have magazines in their weapons, unlike during past border missions. The Marines are planning for up to 2500 Marines being sent to the border if requested. The Marines, I am told, are treating this deployment as they would any other emergency contingency (evacuating an Embassy, deploying to a war zone). “Our response will be immediate. We are going in ready to respond. If the cartels shoot at us we will not stand by,” this Marine official told me. "We will be taking whatever equipment we would send if a Marine Expeditionary Unit or MEU were deploying overseas."

A U.S. official tells Fox News the Pentagon will be sending 1,500 U.S. active-duty troops to the southern border by the end of the month. The Trump administration is expected to formally announce this afternoon. There are already 2,500 U.S. service members stationed at the southern border.

USBP agents and the U.S. Coast Guard apprehended an aggravated felon aboard a small boat in open waters near Puerto Rico. Biometric checks identified Dominican Republic national Ramon Perez-Valdez, who has a conviction for aggravated felony robbery involving a gun and a prior deportation. Additionally, officials will repatriate the 41 undocumented non-citizens on the boat to their home country. #bordersecurity

We embedded exclusively w/ ICE Boston today as they targeted egregious criminal aliens. We witnessed 8 arrests, including multiple MS-13, Interpol Red Notices, murder & rape suspects, & a volatile Haitian gang member w/ 18 convictions in recent years who told our cameras he “ain’t going back to Haiti” and “f**k Trump, Biden forever!”.

We also witnessed a “collateral” arrest, where ICE arrested an illegal alien who wasn’t their initial target - but was with a MS-13 gang member who had been released by a sanctuary jurisdiction yesterday with an ICE detainer not honored. These collateral arrests are something that border czar Tom Homan has warned would happen in sanctuary jurisdictions. At one point, a woman yelled out “thank you” to ICE as a violent illegal alien was being arrested in her neighborhood.

Story to come tomorrow on @FoxNews.
You won’t want to miss it.

It’s time to stop letting courts determine the destiny of a country and its people. That is not up to them to decide, and a serious leader would utilize the means at his disposal to make it very clear to any judge who would think otherwise that those matters are simply “not within their jurisdiction,” so to speak.

Crossing your fingers and hoping some court of kangaroos will rule in your favor is not a way to lead a country. Anyone who would lay down and just accept a decision telling Americans who they are (and therefore by definition who they aren’t) isn’t fit to lead. Merely because some court issues their definition of your people on a piece of paper does not make it so, even if the ruling is in your favor.

I tend to agree, but what is the alternative? Our system of government is based upon checks and balances, though the constant lawfare is certainly tiresome and an abuse in my opinion.

Deputies in Orion Township responded to a 911 call for a male subject who had been stabbed multiple times. The suspect fled the scene in his vehicle. The investigation revealed that the suspect is an Afghanistan refugee and the victim is a caseworker for a company that assists refugees. The suspect is in custody and there is no indication there is anyone else involved or any danger to the community. The victim is in surgery with very serious multiple stab wounds. More information will follow as the case is investigated.

This is the thanks some people get. I’m cool with the immigrants that assimilate and work hard to become proud Americans. Especially if they get real jobs and aren’t on state / gov support, but instead what I’ve seen in practice is many of these types just form communities of their own and avoid assimilating.

When you talk to them, they claim how much better their home country is so it’s clear there are here to plunder and take advantage of economic opportunity or worse attempt to kill the people that help them like this man.

Most of these unvetted immigrants/refugees here today don't give an iota about becoming American; they are here for the paved roads, 5G WIFI, and central HVAC.
