This story is recurring once in a while, I think it's at least the 3rd time I'm hearing about it. But there haven't been any confirmation of it, the videos allegedly showing North Korean soldiers in Sergeyevka, Primorsky Krai, are inconclusive - those could be Russian natives (Buryats, Yakuts, etc.) going through processing during this fall's draft season, or soldiers filmed there during last month's Russia-Laos exercises.
This is not to say that there are no North Koreans in the SMO zone. Some North Korean equipment was spotted in ukraine, and it most definitely came with instructors/technicians attached to it. There's been also talk, following Putin-Kim June 24 summit, about North Korea sending "builders" to the Donbass - it's possible that they're military engineers. But there's zero evidence of North Korean combat troops fighting in ukraine - at least not right now.

I've seen those clips, but there's nothing in there that would indicate the nationality of these soldiers - sure they could be North Koreans, but they could also be Russian natives, or Koryo Saram (ethnic Koreans living in Russia and former soviet republics), or Laotian soldiers training there last month.
