Hopeful news out of Kansas.
"The state of Kansas has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc. for alleged consumer protection violations related to the company's manufacturing of the COVID-19 vaccine, saying the company marketed the shot as "safe" even though it "knew" the vaccine was connected to "serious adverse events."
"Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine," the 69-page lawsuit filed Monday in the District Court of Thomas County alleges.
"Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public," the suit alleges.
"Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public," it says.

Paying a few billion in fines is just a normal cost of
Doing business for these Pharma companies and won’t deter them from repeating the same behaviour in the future.

I don't disagree. I want to see real punishments (not just fines) meted out to the ringleaders of the scamdemic. I'm hoping that these lawsuits will help build momentum towards that outcome.

Why only Pfizer??

Will any real punishment be given out (jail sentences, etc...) or will it only be a fine/donation/bribe to the gov't officials who didn't get their share already?

The review is published in a forensic journal. It´s findings are used to substantiate lawsuit claims when you need experts. Will check if courts follow this journal and will dig more into this. If they do. This is some serious shit. Since it can be used to file lawsuits.

There´s probably class actions coming. But the pharmaceuticals are exempt. So who will pay for this debauchery? Tax payers?

Authors are a mix of competence. There´s one guy from Yale. And Michigan.

Does anyone have videos or clips of the Covid "safety guidelines" that were played nonstop in places like grocery stores?

I have to assume this was a nationwide thing. I remember my local grocery store repeating something to the effect of "Dr Anthony Fauci has stated that you must do x y and z to prevent spread of Covid 19..." over and over for months and months. I fear all the evidence of what actually happened during Covid may not be archived.

I'll see if I can find what I described - where I lived, it sounded like actual propaganda that would come out of public intercoms- except it wasn't like that, it was that. Also



On another unrelated note: anyone who still refers to covid as a "pandemic" is officially a clown and cannot be taken seriously. Sadly, I still see a lot of intelligent people use that term.
 
guys nice forum you have here. i am a long time follower, russian orthodox by birth.

got covid years ago.. couldn't breathe thought I was about to die.

i am not here to convince anyone..but for those outside the collective west that are interested in updating your covid vaccine.. russia has a new updated convasel vaccine apparently super effectieve, 85 percent.. it is called convasel.. in russia it comes with permanent registration so if you need papers you are good.
