1-all illegals and those who overstayed their visa must immediately register. Those who are convicted of a crime of moral turpitude are immediately subject to deportation.

3- those remaining are required for a period of 10 years, to pay US income taxes. Some type of official IRS return is required.
4- each year the return verifies their residence and employment circumstances.
5- at the end of 10 years, the prize of citizenship is given if the person follows the registration, pays the initial fine, pays income taxes, AND (very important) NO crimes beyond a simple traffic offense.
6- birthright citizenship is ENDED.

I believe my plan is workable and practical. Thoughts?

If they’re paying taxes, not sucking welfare, and not causing any problems… I don’t see what the issue is. It would be a return to form for American immigration policy. I mean how did our grandparents and great grandparents all get here? We can call their tax forms 1040-I

If they're illegal, then I don't care if they're working and paying taxes. They are taking work away from Americans, and they are here illegally, which makes them criminals.

They have to go back.

Also, we should minimize the number of legal immigrants as well. This country has been swamped with 10s of millions of immigrants for 60 years and it has destroyed the previously high trust, high functioning society we once had. Enough!
 
Of note...
Beneficiaries may apply for asylum, family-based immigration, or another immigration pathway if they are eligible. Some beneficiaries from Venezuela may be eligible for Temporary Protected Status if they arrived before July 31, 2023. Cubans may adjust their status to apply for permanent residency after one year under the Cuban Adjustment Act. So this was never guaranteed citizenship to begin with. Parole = temporary reprieve with conditions. If you chose to sit on your duff for two years instead of showing initiative from day one to get on a path to citizenship, why would we want you here anyway?
 

US Marshals announce the arrest of a Tren de Aragua fugitive gang member who is wanted in Chicago for two counts of murder, and kidnapping. Police say Ricardo Gonzalez kidnapped three women, took them into a Chicago alley, and shot them all in the head, killing two.

U.S. Marshals found & arrested him in Cobb County, Georgia, where he is currently jailed and awaiting extradition to Chicago.

Too little too late, his time was back in 2016. He's going to be super old in 2028, I doubt he'll be able to be an effective challenger.

What if they actually ran with him instead or Clinton? I think he would’ve beaten Trump. But if we got Sanders, I know I’d still be sleepwalking. How many would be?

He would have been far more competitive than Clinton. However, he could have never made it in because Reform Jews (who run the D party) never compromise. He is one of those rare reform J's that actually wanted to try and not demolish the goyium completely and utterly, and he's completely ostracized out of the D party as a result.
