US Border Crisis

  • The White alone, non-Hispanic group accounted for 57.8% of the total population, 60.8% of the 18-and-over population, and only 47.3% of the population under age 18.
The great replacement already occurred.

Again just shut off all the money. They’d probably just leave. Things aren’t so great here if you actually have to pay for housing, food and utilities.
It’s true. If they stay put they get better food, slower pace of life, more time off etc. if you have to pay full freight America isn’t that great. In fact, we have a thread dedicated to leaving. They just don’t have to pay like the citizens so they like it.

NEW: The Democrat Chairwoman of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors has introduced a resolution that would prohibit all county cooperation w/ ICE, including notifying ICE about release dates for criminal illegal immigrants. The policy would go further than CA’s sanctuary state law, which she says “fell short of protecting all residents.”

The resolution, introduced by Chairwoman Nora Vargas, cites deportation risks to “tamale vendors” and “domestic violence survivors”, and will be voted on at the Board’s next meeting on Tuesday as part of San Diego County’s “commitment to social justice and inclusion.”

The resolution says, in part, that San Diego County:
“Shall not provide assistance or cooperation to ICE in its civil immigration enforcement efforts including by giving ICE agents access to individuals or allowing them to use County facilities for investigative interviews or other purposes, expending County time or resources responding to ICE inquiries or communicating with ICE regarding individuals’ incarceration status or release dates, or otherwise participating in any civil immigration enforcement activities.”

Vargas adds that she believes California’s sanctuary state law (SB54) didn’t go far enough, and that this resolution will be a fix:
“While the California Values Act significantly expanded protection from deportation to California residents, it fell short of protecting all residents because it allowed agencies to still notify ICE of release dates and transfers individuals to ICE without a warrant in some circumstances. This loophole has allowed the transfer of some individuals to ICE and notifications to ICE of release dates, leading to the deportation of our community members and the separation of families in our region….By avoiding active cooperation with ICE, including through specific notification to ICE of the release dates of immigrants, the County avoids treating a group of individuals differently solely on the basis of their immigration status.”

Link to resolution here, now posted on Board’s agenda:

Republican San Diego County Supervisor @jim_desmond tells FOX he will vote against it, adding: "Sanctuary policies are reckless and dangerous, putting innocent lives at risk. Every American family deserves safety. No community should suffer the heartbreak of losing a loved one due to politically driven policies that protect criminals instead of holding them accountable."

EXCLUSIVE: Internal ICE data obtained by @FoxNews reveals the nationalities of the more than 1.4 million illegal immigrants in the US who have been ordered deported by a DOJ immigration judge, but are still in the US and are not in ICE custody. They include:

China 37,908
Haiti 32,363
Iran 2,618
Pakistan 7,760
Uzbekistan 975
Venezuela 22,749
Afghanistan 1,708
Mauritania 3,822
India 17,940
Brazil 38,677

The majority of the 1.4+ million illegal immigrants ordered deported are from the easy to remove countries of the northern triangle and Mexico, and will likely be a starting point for Trump admin mass deportations along with violent criminals & public safety threats.

El Salvador 203,822
Honduras 261,651
Guatemala 253,413
Mexico 252,044

The ICE data also gives an official list of "recalcitrant" countries, countries that largely refuse to take back their own citizens for deportation and won't cooperate with the US. They are:

Bhutan, Burma, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Laos, Pakistan, China, Russia, Somalia, and Venezuela.

The data shows the number of illegal immigrants on ICE’s non detained docket w/ final orders of removal is 1,455,549 as of late November, the same number we previously reported via ICE sources. On the final page, ICE explains why they can’t remove everyone who had been ordered deported.

They have to go back.
I would make a special counter argument for those who have been here since 1991 or prior. Those very specific illegal immigrants are ones who (with probably a single digit % as the exception of this already small minority ) are people who came here to actually seek a better life, become Americans, and not blatantly and shamelessly freeload. They've invested their time and energy here and have probably been here longer than their origin countries. The fact that they've been here at least 3 decades and still dont have green cards should peak curiosity. Either they've got a complicated case, their sponser or lawyer is dicking them around, or there's some other weird circumstances that are making them not start the process.

I wouldnt mind an amnesty specifically for them, with certain stipulations of course. The main one being they couldn't legalize anyone else in their family at all or would have to wait at least a decade.

These current invaders being given rights and preference by a treasonous government can get bent along with the officials who facilated their entry.

I don’t know. I actually agree with Hilary(I cannot believe I’m saying this), if they pay back taxes and file to wait in line behind the people that entered the country legally sure.

But right now the floodgates are open and the democrats are trying to get as many border crossers into the country as they can for the next 5 weeks . Mobilize ice on day one and kick every last illegal out of the country .

For any small percentage of illegal immigrants that have been here since at least 1991 Im almost certain nearly all of them entered legally (visa type) but just "overstayed" their welcome. For those that were denied visas directly to the USA would travel to Mexico and then attempt to cross the border. I personally know someone who did just that. Of course he was caught by Mexican police and thrown in jail for some time until they let him go for whatever reason. I think the catch for his release was they held some personal documents like his countries military ID under the condition he send them money every month until a certain amount was paid and then they would send him his stuff to the USA. They also threatened him if he didnt comply there would be consequences. He did that for some time until he realized that he was never getting his documents back and was just wasting money. Information wasnt widely and quickly available back then so you went with the knowledge of what you heard and personally experienced.

Border crossing prior to those time periods did happen but nowhere near the astronomically exaggerated levels of malicious incompetence that are basically letting in population numbers higher than certain countries.

The mid 90s is when border crossing started to slowly take off, mainly with Brazilians and a very small sprinkle of people from other south american countries. From there everything started going downhill where they went in the USA. Rent prices started shooting up because landlords saw they could charge whatever amount they wanted and brazilians would pay it. Since Brazilians would stay like 3-5 people average per apartment and normally worked construction jobs once the rent was split up they still had a ton of money left over. But it starting making things harder for the original residents of any given area to find decent or reasonably priced apartments. During the Obama presidency the process kick started again with South Americans (without stopping or slowing unlike the Brazilians) and with covid/floyd riots you now have domestic "expats" looking for their next "adventure" jumping from city to city on their WFH job salary or off their parents' money screwing things over the original unfortunate residents of any area they decide to infest. All with the blessing of any local governement officials.

Be careful out there. Consider getting a dash cam, like they do in Russia.

Yes, everyone should have one. Even their scams are lazy, here in Detroit the colored folk just jump in front of moving cars.

I have one in all my cars, combo radar detector and dash cam wired and mounted into the power mirrors did it myself. Very easy to do and worth every penny for multiple reasons.

I really do hate these people and won’t feel any sympathy for them when they get what they deserve.

On Halloween I stopped for gas and a beat up minivan pulled in right next to me and parked next to me. Lady in a thick accent with a male driver said "excuse me sir excuse me", I thought maybe they were looking for directions or maybe something about my costume as while she was doing this she was aggressively pulling a child up to the window for me to see. I cheerfully said "yes mam what is it", I live in a very nice quiet town, she put her hands up like she was praying and said "can you help me sir please please".....I knew right away what it was and was pissed I was so nice thinking it was innocent and said "no I can't help you get a job".

They drove off....

Also the Kroger down the street regularly has weird Hispanic beggars outside now and even a black kid selling paintings in the middle of the parking lot. This was something totally unheard of in my town not too long ago and the dumb white people of course fall for it hook line and sinker, I regularly see them going out of their way trying to talk to them and help them. Again it's a very innocent quiet small city, these people have never seen this stuff and think it's their job to help them because they are nice people....very dumb and naive to enable them but again.....nice people. We also have a black guy the last few years who walks door to door down my street, I live in the most leave it to beaver neighborhood you can imagine so he knows exactly what he's doing, peddling his $50 jazz or whatever bs CD's and everyone on the stupid community app talks about how happy they are to see him....again dumb and naive but nice. He knocked on my door last summer at 9:30 at night, I told him I respect the hustle but I don't want anything he has. He's slick he preys on the white people who are terrified of being called "racist" because they didn't give him money. I wanted him to say something so I could tell him "you think I could walk down your street selling cd's like you're doing?"....he didn't say a word just smiled and nodded as he knows exactly what he's doing.

Bold for emphasis.

I have one in my current vehicle. Most kits come with a cigar socket adapter (plug it in the socket and it's on). But while the cigar socket powers down on some vehicles when you turn the key off, others keep the cigar socket live or "hot" (which can drain the battery). You can buy a hard wire kit (around $20 US) that keeps power to the camera, and the wiring has a voltage sensor that will shut off the dash cam power if the vehicle's battery drops below a certain voltage (so the vehicle will still start). The nice part about the hard wire with the sensor is that the dash cam continues to record even when parked. And most hard wire kits are absurdly easy to install. A piggyback tap for a fuse, a ground ring to attach to the frame, and then just tuck the wire in the pillar and along the upper windshield.

Last year I had an incident with another vehicle. The short version, I was in my parked vehicle and was hit by another vehicle with no driver in it. Frankly, I think my recollection of the events without the dash cam would have been met with skepticism. And add in that the other owner claimed that I must have driven into his parked car. So I sent my dash cam video to my insurance company and turned them loose.

* side note, I'm in NY, a One Party recording state. When I sent the video to the insurance agent, I mentioned that they may hear some NSFW/expletive language. The agent countered that they only use the video and not the audio. My afterthought was that this is probably a blanket rule, not using audio eliminates any potential litigation in any of the All Party states.

Even if your dash cam is an inexpensive ($100 or less) setup, it's cheap insurance for any automotive situation.

Which dash cam should I get?

Which dash cam should I get?

From my research when I was shopping for one the blackvue cameras were cheap, well made, compact and easy to use.

But I didn't go with that I went with a maxcam 360c, it's a combo dash cam and new tech radar detector in one unit. It's pricier but I was driving long distances on the highway a lot at the time and the radar detector combined with the Waze app which has people report police on the road is incredibly effective. I bought a mounting kit for it which hooks to the rear view mirror instead of suctioning it to the window and I bought a kit which allows you to tap into the power mirror, it's a very clean and easy setup.
