The Rest In Peace (RIP) Thread

She was very pretty, and likeable.

Here she is when she was young, in the 60s.

However, by the mid-80s when I was in college and she was already over 40, me and my friends still thought she was hot. She was on David Letterman a lot back then, and we were always amazed that she was still very pretty in spite of being older.

You'll never see feminine women like her ever again in mainstream media. RIP

Quincy Jones has died. I don't recall being a fan of his music specifically, but I do recognize that he was a huge talent and a major figure in music.

Edit: I see he produced Michael Jackson's Thriller album, one of the biggest albums in history, and widely recognized as ground breaking.

Such a major figure in music that a young Will Smith (and others) allegedly had to have sex with him on camera to get ahead in the business.
I knew hardly anything about Quincy other than he is famous in the music industry. I am not surprised to hear such a thing. I tried searching just now, and I couldn't find any links confirming this about him and Will Smith. However, I did find references to him being bi, and having sex with several other well known actors such as Marlon Brando.

If he is known to be into gay sex, and he worked in the Hollywood and the music biz, then it does seem likely that he made a lot of performers have gay sex with him.

It's becoming completely clear that the casting couch was for both male and female stars, probably going back to the beginnings of Hollywood and the record business.

TBH, I think I first read the claim about Will Smith on the original RVF.

Quincy Jones was a musical genius, never heard of him doing casting couch degeneracy though, but who knows with the J's in charge.

It's not like we can ask Michael Jackson anymore but he left some bread crumbs at least.

Another Dating Coach takes his own life.
The whole concept of 'dating coach' and The Game of the early 2000s probably has never existed in human history before. Has come about from neverending feminism and women's rights and equality, punishing masculinity, teaching men to act less masculine, divorce rape etc. I never heard of this guy but among those (of us) who did not quite manage a smooth path in life and ended up spending too much time with game unfortunately seem to fall through the cracks.

Another Dating Coach takes his own life. I followed him back in the day, he seemed genuine.

RIP Johnny - Lord have mercy.

I had never heard of Johnny Berba until today, and I'm fairly familiar with the whole PUA scene. Still, rest in peace.

Was Berba still coaching at the time of his passing? Did he ever speak about struggles with depression, like Tom Torero did?

Unknown on the coaching. But he had severe OCD (daily) and bouts of depression (he made this publicly known) plus recent financial difficulties which played a huge part in his demise.

He was well liked and given praise for helping people.
