Maybe Russia hasn't given them those supplies to show the ones who it's backing who the true aggressors are.

Missiles in general, not Patriot interceptors in particular. This could be anything and everything from a stinger to PAAC-4.

All now hangs or falls with the recently announced True Promise 3 retaliation. If they mess it up again, it will be legit over and the IR will probably implode from within somewhere down the line due to the Ayatollahs having lost all legitimacy both at home and abroad. It's been quite the 18 months.
Imo the turning point was the assassination of Raisi, which the Iranians immediately swept under the rug and till this day label an 'accident'. Mossad did it, and got away with it. Khamenei even replaced dead Raisi with the weak Reformist soycuck Pezeshkian. It's been one steep rollercoaster downhill since, and seeing so much weakness the Israelis knew what the real dynamics were, and simply kept hammering until we reached today. To borrow Korobochka's lexicon, it's a deathspiral par excellence.
The first wave of True Promise 3 is 800 missiles and drones towards Israel. Israel's multi layered air defence system is currently engaging them over Jordanian and Syrian territory. The Saudi, Qatari, British, American and Jordan AF are engaging the incoming targets as well.
It's 5 to 12. The Iranians better hit something/someone real and important this time, the margin for even more geo-strategic blunders has become non-existent.

The Iranian drone wave mentioned in the tweet was much smaller than reported, only 100-150 Shaheeds, all were intercepted over Syrian and Jordanian airspace.
Meanwhile a new round of Israeli strikes has begun. Targets in Tabriz, Navak and Shiraz are struck.
Israeli has released the first footage of strikes on Iranian AD systems, mobile radar systems and ballistic missile launchers. Some of these attacks were carried out by Mossad operatives on Iranian soil.
