That sounds kind of like what I used to try and do with Sim City 3000, build out some big infrastructure, zone it all how you think it should develop, and hope it all fills in with time. Never worked though. You have to start small and expand based on need. You have to cultivate the land and nurture your sims’ needs. That nog should have played more Sim City 3000.

On the few postings I see, salaries are less than they were 10+ years ago for Senior positions - compared to the junior positions 10 years ago.
So Senior positions 2025 (contract) < Junior positions 2014 (with benefits).
Now also include 11 years of inflation in the mix....
