How one argues against this is absurd. The fact is, currently (and for a long time), you CAN in fact "go on vacation" and pop out a "US Citizen". That means the law is broken. Period.

There's no way any changes will be made to the Constitution at this point. Getting two thirds of both Houses and two thirds of state legislatures to ratify is just not possible today.

The Supreme Court does not have the right to reject the will of the people. Nor does it have the right to "interpret" the law to be the opposite of what it says. Ignore the Supreme Court and deport away.
I think it would be more effective to permanently detain illegal aliens as that would truly disincentivize hopping the border. When you drop them off, they just come back anyway.

Slave labor camps sound like a fantastic idea and something that the USA government would almost certainly support, as Chain gangs were a thing for a very long time in the USA .
Maybe bringing back manufacturing could incorporate slave labor. Fine the illegal aliens for $1000 per day, (done) if they cannot pay then sentence them to hard labor. (Trickier but doable)

The “conservative” Supreme Court has done almost nothing. We can talk about Roe vs. Wade being overturned but in most states abortion remains legal, and women in states where it’s banned can just make a roadtrip to kill their unborn child.

Female judge(s): Yeah ok, he shot up a dealership and burned it down with Molotov cocktails, and that was a pretty dangerous thing to do. But the fact is that it’s only the first time he’s done this and also he’s insane, so you need to release him to a halfway house pending his trial.

You have to pay for abortions through Medicaid, it’s clearly stated in the Bill of Rights. It’s a fundamental human right for any woman to butcher her child on your dime, so they wanted to make sure it was specifically included when they amended the Constitution.
