I know they're trying to provoke WW3 before Trump arrives, but does this have any strategic objective? It's like trying to conquer a neighbouring street by throwing some bricks randomly at houses and leaving it at that. A pointless waste of resources. Meanwhile our pensioners are left to freeze to death. These people making such decisions will die and be judged. No wonder Jesus asked for the Father's forgiveness for those who crucified him.

My guess is that they are trying to put pressure on Putin to accept the crap deal Trump offered them. Putin already turned it down, because it was based on the outdated notion that the USA was still the lone superpower and could bully them. Third world immigration has made the USA a has been and we can no longer bully countries like Russia, Iran or China.

It will likely backfire and strengthen the resolve of the Russian people into wanting a lot more in a deal for a ceasefire. If I was Putin, I would ask that Finland drop out of NATO, Ukraine can never be in NATO, they get to keep all the land they took, and the Biden admin team behind the killing of our men need to face war crimes, including Zelensky. I doubt Putin asks for this much, but I wish that he would.

I had read that Putin already said he would only negotiate with Trump. I am not sure if that was an official deal offered or just talk in the media. I had heard it was an official deal and Putin refused it. I can't blame Putin, if he rejected the deal that was revealed, it was a crap deal, the USA is no longer a true superpower or holds all the cards. If I was Putin, I would push hard for concessions, like Ukraine never in NATO and Finland back out of NATO and maybe even Sweden out of NATO.

Where do you get this stuff? The USA is the only super power. We could hold the world hostage tomorrow by refusing to sell them Marlboros, Jack Daniels, Boeing jets, Teslas, Levis, Nikes, Apple Computers, Ford trucks, John Deere tractors, and Disney products. The USA is the center of the universe and people are literally dying to reach our shores. Putin and Russia are, and always have been losers. All they got is the threat of nuclear holocaust and a few good books by Dostoevsky.

You obviously have no idea how far the quality of life and the infrastructure of the USA has fallen over the last 20 years. Come over and check it out then. Don't expect to get a realistic answer from a govt. employee, a girl-boss, or a welfare/immigrant, but talk to people who actually make the country work. I have this conversation often, I am in a red area of the country, so I know a lot of the people who actually make the country work. I don't know any of them who think the country is in a good place or headed the right way. Most of them are hopeful Trump can correct it. We will know in 4 years if he can or not.

So, the thought that this country, with so many infrastructure problems, and a severe shortage of military staff, with equipment not holding up to Russia or even Iran, is going to go conquer the globe, is beyond copium.
