The way thing are going: no new water retention infrastructure, no forest management/controlled burnouts, hobo encampments all around the place, tweakers stealing hydrants, rampant wokeism in the LAFD, etc. California is fully capable of shi##ing itself to death on its own.
One way to prevent this kind of nonsense in the future would be tribunals and executions for treason if found guilty. This behavior has got to stop and some lame, half-hearted apology does not suffice.
