Important to remember that the media blackout on inconvenient facts is far from terribly sophisticated.

The grenade story, especially the connection with Zelensky’s party, is just not being covered.

People have to pay rents, mortgages, and massage their spiritually meager existence in life (without acknowledging the root cause) by drugging themselves with food, drink, porn, actual drugs, attention-seeking etc.

There’s no way for them to realistically know unless major outlets present the grenade story and with all the facts.

We live in an age where a Republican councilman questions transgender ideology in an even milquetoast fashion and it becomes national news. Yet wall-to-wall coverage of Ukraine for months on end still does not allow this grenade attack into the mix.

Ghost of Kiev fake story for weeks and months on end? Yes.
This grenade story? No.
 
One thing dawned upon me in this war: Russia has been hiding the extent of its military domination, in order to keep pressing its military advantage and be in a position to conquer all of Novorossiya.

They could have instead broken Ukrainian morale, by for example publishing the actual number of Ukrainian soldiers dead, which would have prompted the Ukrainian to make a compromise and freeze the current borders.

The only way Russia takes Odessa is that if they keep this war of attrition going until Ukraine reaches its breaking point, after which the Russians are going to roll into Ukraine with not much opposition.

It has worked this time and Kremlin strategists are much better prepared than the morons behind, say, the US Afghan withdrawal.

Nevertheless, I would not underestimate the Western hive mind mentality, which has its tentacles in parts of Russia as well.

Now and post-conflict, Russia must be merciless in rooting out this Western sickness. I hate to call it “Western” as it does not represent our true values, yet it comes from our countries.

Conservative figures like Nixon, Reagan and Gingrich probably had a reason to laugh at leftie craziness in the 70s, 80s and 90s. But that craziness that used to start on campus has gone full-circle mental and undermined society proper.

If left unchecked, in the space of 10 years in Russia, we might see 40 years’ worth of Western-style rot. Time moves much faster these days.
 

Ukraine puts head of Russian church on "wanted" list​

Dec 15 (Reuters) - Ukraine's Interior Ministry on Friday placed the head of Russia's Orthodox Church, a backer of the Kremlin's 21-month-old war against Kyiv, on a wanted list after security services accused him of abetting the conflict.

The measure is purely symbolic as Patriarch Kirill is in Russia and under no threat of arrest. It was the latest step in Ukraine's campaign to uproot the influence of priests it alleges maintain close links to Russia and subvert Ukrainian society.

A post on the Ukrainian ministry's wanted list identified Kirill by name, showed him in his clerical robes and described him as "an individual in hiding from the bodies of pre-trial investigation". It said he had been "missing" since November 11.

Orthodox Christianity is the dominant faith in Ukraine and authorities in Kyiv have launched criminal cases against clergy linked to a branch of the Orthodox church once directly linked to the Russian church and Kirill.

Parliament in Kyiv is considering a bill that would ban that branch of the church, which has lost many of its parishioners since Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin sent Russian troops into Ukraine in February 2022. The church says it severed all links to Moscow in May 2022.

Ukraine's SBU security service last month issued a document saying Kirill "infringed Ukrainian sovereignty" by virtue of his position as "part of the closest entourage of Russia's military and political leadership".

Security forces have launched dozens of criminal cases, including accusations of treason, against priests and officials linked to the branch of the church associated with Moscow.

Kirill has denounced those actions and appealed to clerical leaders world-wide to stop Ukraine's moves against the church.

A senior official in the Russian church told Russia's RIA news agency that placing Kirill on a wanted list was "a step that is as ridiculous as it is predictable".

Vladimir Legoida, responsible for ties with other churches, told RIA that Ukrainian authorities were guilty of "lawlessness and attempting to intimidate parishioners".

This is stated in Pornhub's final statistics for 2023.

In Ukraine, the categories "MILF", "hentai", "anime", "lesbians" and "anal" were among the top five searches.

It’s interesting that in 2022 the query “Ukrainian porn” did not make it to the top at all.

Let us remind you that in the summer a bill was registered in the Verkhovna Rada proposing to decriminalize porn in Ukraine .

How do you rise from 15th to 14th place in 2023 for worldwide porn viewing when your population is dying off due to war and refugees?

And I don't get it... The Ukraine is press ganging everyone from teenagers to retirees. Where is all this "Ukrainian porn" coming from? It didn't even appear in the rankings last year.

Maybe it's Ukrainian women who fled the country and are now being sex pests all around the world?

I'm not sure how well the subtitles translated the nuances of what Putin actually said....

However, if what the tweet says is true, then Putin will slowly be seducing Poland, Hungary and Romania away from the European Union and over to the eastern sphere with the promise of regaining/returning territories lost over 75 years ago.
