People keep saying the English rape story is a distraction from US news, but I understood this has been building over there, and is now blowing the lid off the kettle. Is this not true?
If it is true, than that's a big enough deal to be news in spite of these US attacks.

How to put it, I don't think it's a distraction, but Elon Musk is definitely using it to distract himself.
The Pakistanis in the case were going after both Christian girls and Sikh girls, and Pakistan is an old rival and enemy of India. When they went to war, all of Europe and America supported Pakistan, and only Israel and Russia supported India. India is still loyal to Israel and Russia for that alone.
Which makes sense, only two countries backed them up against the world.
So in a sense, this feels like the perfect distraction, a situation where the enemies of India are literal inbreeding, raping invaders, that make Indians look like Saints because at least they only rape adults.
I think it's a good thing, but as Sam Hyde said, if Elon doesn't apologise for the censorship, people won't remember him as a leader, they'll remember him as a nerd.
He's not needed for America to survive, you have the numbers and voices now to win, you'll just have to move to Gab, the question is whether that means the Trump administration is a loss or not.
I'd hope not, but to be honest, Torba deserves the traffic either way. Gab did Free Speech first and it never made a mistake like Elon has. Andrew Torba doesn't compromise with the Devil.
