I don't buy the shedding thing tbh. Reeks to me of fear mongering to further divide the people.

Shedding is a bunch of bs, the reason why they threw that out is to take as many prisoners possible "what's the point of losing my job over not taking a shot when I'm gonna get shedded anyway?".
Even if the shedding theory is true (which I don't think so), it is at most very limited in scope and duration.
I remember feeling some small heart/chest pains after being around a lot of recently vaxed friends/family, and while I wasn't sure if it was vax related or not (could have been the dope I was vaping), it went away in a few weeks and never came back.
At most, shedding would only occur in the initial phases of the injection when the mRNA doses are highest and being released by the body, and to the degree that others nearby somehow get the RNA, it will be far diluted compared to those with the vax.
So really, no matter how one slices it, it's a nothing-burger. If shedding was really harmful we'd have seen or heard of a lot of stories by now.
Shedding reminds me of "second-hand smoke," which is far less harmful than actually smoking, and mild exposure to second-hand smoke is completely trivial.
