Iran-Israeli Conflict Thread

Thanks, like you said that's fairly well known, but it just doesn't make any sense to me.

20 years of costly and fruitless war in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, etc., for 9/11 and yet we're still going to attempt to avenge 240 Marines killed in Beirut (one from my high school...we dedicated a sapling to his memory) 41 years ago by punishing Iran? That's worth plunging the world economy and supply chain into chaos?

That's some tip-top normie propaganda, but now there's a whole class of Internet spergs and alt-media influencers who also don't buy it.

I can't wait for Euro fags to pay Iran protection money to keep Greenland safe from Cheeto Hitler TACO.

Clown world, do your thang!
Hahaha indeed ...It's all a show and we are along for a ride.

My personal belief is that it ultimately doesn't matter what happens here...

Iran will wind up sucking hind tits and we will still come out on top.

The world's gonna go on regardless. And the BIS and NWO and all that are unchanged.

There is no viable alternative to the dollar and we are still 20+ years ahead of all other militaries.

I get all the anti-globohomo stuff from members here. But it's alllllll wishful thinking.

All these x posts from other members are bullshit and wishful thinking that dont matter because inertia is on the side of the US.

I'm not saying that's good or bad... Just saying it is.

I get that makes me a pariah among the wishful thinkers looking to see the great Satan toppled ... But I'm still going to be be right...and everyone else wrong because the world is still reliant on US oil, US military, and US monetary as system.

^The Beirut Marines barracks bombings of 1982 was in retaliation for the USS NJ lobbing somewhat indiscriminately 16" shells all over south Lebanon. That created a lot of unhappy locals. The Israelis had advance notice of the attack on the Marines and let it happen, expecting the US to escalate, but Reagan wisely pulled out of Lebanon. This marked a political defeat of the neocons in DC, with George Schultz coming in as Secretary of State. Schultz didn't take any crap from Shamir or Ariel Sharon.

It wasn't till the Israeli false flag attack on the twin towers two decades later that the neocons took over foreign policy, and today we are deep in it.

Nah man... If we destroy their infrastructure and move into total war , which will happen ... Decades of damage will be done to Iran.

We will just be slightly inconvenienced.

Again the US is THE Empire and still decades ahead of a replacement despite the gesticulations here on the thread.

You're still thinking in 20th century terms and underestimating Iranian capabilities, and, if things escalate, those of its two big allies.

Iran has been holding back, they can sink USN ships within operational range of its shores, and hit any staging ground set up for an invasion of their islands, hit Ospreys or choppers carrying troops over the Gulf.

You might be familiar with Ward Carroll, a retired USN F-14 commander, and a staunch NATO supporter, here is his sobering analysis on Iran's new class of ultracheap loitering ground to air 358/359 missile class, with which they have already shot down 30 Reaper and Israeli drones, and one F-35:

They're NOT showing you that every path forward for Iran leads to a worse Iran.

While true, they're also not showing you that Iranian's mentality is way closer to that of Prussia when they united Germany in an effort to rid themselves of Napoleon or the mystic 300 Spartans.

They would most likely rather die, if it means taking Israel out and punishing the west as best they can in the process. That's why they were quick to call this a religious war.

I'd attribute any rational and sensible decision making to their alliances with Russia and China, given that Iran is essentially BRICS' Ukraine where they can test weapons and strategies without suffering any casualties.

The missile strike in Arad. Now the Israelis are getting a taste of their own medicine. Preliminary figures 6 dead, 100 injured. Israeli media are saying it was a hypersonic with 500KG of explosive. It is a clear warning that Iran will level the Dimona plant and other such sites, if Israel or the US strike their nuclear power plant.

The bridges between the GCC and Iran have been burnt, the Qatari leadership has demanded the immediate departure of the Iranian diplomatic mission in the country and has called the Iranian attacks unprovoked, dangerous and reckless. Likewise a joint statement by the GCC countries, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon etc. was released. Until recently Qatar was on friendly footing with Tehran, one of only two non-competitive GCC states (Oman the other) to be so due to Iran's role in circumnavigating the Saudi blockade on Qatar a few years back. Qatari (shadow) banks were essential for Tehran to evade sanctions.

After Qatar the Saudis have canceled the Iranian diplomatic mission in their country as well, Iranian envoys have been ordered to leave immediately. Likewise the Emiratis have informed DC that they are prepared to deal with a 9 month long conflict. The UAE, Kuwait and Jordan have signed a 16.5 billion USD weapons deal with the US.

It's clear the Iranian ploy to turn the Gulfies by force and quite possibly low-key Chinese interference has failed.
The Gulfies have picked their side and are letting it ride, they’re will not be coerced by Iranian threats. Iran wants to dominate the Gulf and potentially has the resources and population to do it. This long term geo-strategic plan goes beyond the current IR bytheway, there are historical grudges that run much deeper than the current Khomeinist project, the Shah was on the same road and got derailed. The Shah’d built up a huge military in anticipation of just what the Islamic Republic had planned.

The latter also explains the Gulfies and to a lesser extent Israel's desire to hamstring Iran on a much more profound level, any future Iranian state will have similar projects and plans.

French General Michel Roux: "Trump wanted to invade an EU [owned] country, and now needs our help? Frankly, he can go fuck himself!"

Denmark is a EU country. Therefore as a danish autonomous territory. Greenland is also EU. Greenland is not a country. It´s a part of Denmark.

Graham to Trump: Consider removing ‘US bases from countries who won’t let us fly from them

Iran's power grid is decentralised. The largest station only provides 2.9% of the national total. Israel's largest plant provides 20% of the national total.

Israel is in a much more precarious position with regards to energy infrastructure.

Irans warns that it will plunge the region into darkness if Trump carries out his threat to hit Iranian power plants.
