Wrist watches thread

Funny, I actually recently picked up a microbrand watch that's an homage to the MACV-SOG Seiko on the left there.

Modern Seikos just don't have quite the same retro vibe. They're either too dressy or too sporty, the Vietnam-era design nails the balance.

Oooo I like that band, I need to find a nicer nylon band for my every day watch.....

Recently just got a job offer where I'm hitting a career goal I had set for myself so I treated myself by making a watch purchase that's been on my wishlist for a year or more now

I specifically wanted a field watch because I wanted something that would pair more with a more casual outfit. I also like the history behind Hamilton since they were the major watch producer for the US military during WW2.

Hamiltons are great midrange watches. I used to have a Khaki Field Mechanical and I really loved the simplicity of the design plus its heritage. Ended up trading it out but if I were to have a collection of watches I'd want a Hamilton Khaki in it.
