I'm with you but brother the faster he can have them doing something else besides trying to bend us all over I'm on board with. This should have been the very first thing he did!
What trouble could they cause chasing illegals even if they are the worst of the worst? If anything he is humiliating them...
I had a second part of the post I deleted as I had to attend to some duties before I could think it out but the gist was that it appears most of these institutional people just tend to follow their orders, and redirecting them before they can be fully vetted is a good move.
Of course, I think the IRS can be tossed in the trash, but as I’ve said in prior posts, if you can control the institutions, use them to your benefit and against your enemies.
The easiest way to vet these people is to have them carry out strong orders like deportations. If they refuse, they are fired.

It's even worse when you look into details. A SCOTUS ruling from the 80s protects the aliens right to access our education. A simple State bill won't overturn it, it will have to go all the way up to SCOTUS.
I think that IRS agents are under federal protection and can not be firied on the spot, without a cause - failure to comply with the new directives might serve as grounds for firing.
They could leak intel. There've been 2 leaks already - one from the DHS and another, allegedly, from the FBI.

Simple solution is not to share intel with them. Just post them on border patrol in separate units. Worst they can do is turn a blind eye to illegals crossing, which is just like having no one there. As under Biden.
I don't think we'll see IRS agents working the streets, would be a waste of potential - they'll be much more valuable going after businesses/NGOs involved in alien employment and human smuggling.
How about the IRS go after the US companies that hired illegals and refused to hire American workers, just to get a larger profit margin?
Would be better if they just capsized it. Would have sent a message.

Okay so we're back to the game that was played during Big T's first administration, subversion and obstruction. The only way to stop this is to do what Musk is doing right now: to cut off the illicit funding of those $400/hr attorneys who are filing those cases.
You're right that the left has now latched onto this as an apparently effective tool. These rulings are obviously unconstitutional. It would take years to overturn them in the Supreme Court, and these activist judges can spam out dozens or even hundreds of restraining orders.
It's time for Trump to say he won't comply with unconstitutional rulings. Time to realign the checks and balances between the three governmental branches, and stop mid-level judges from being able to control national policy like this.
I think they are letting these build up. The Supreme Court has to commit to taking some of these judicial oversight issues.
If the Supreme Court could make some kind of blanket ruling that shuts this kind of thing down completely, and could do it in a few weeks, that would be best. Even a few months would be too long. Trump needs to rip through the existing system ASAP before the left can react. He is inside their OODA loop right now, and he can't let them catch their breath.
Worse still would be if the Supreme Court wants to address each of these cases one at a time. The activist judges can just spam out injunctions, and bring all the reforms to a halt. I think the Executive Branch needs to formally state that these lower level courts are out of order in trying to control fundamental national policy, and reject these rulings.
Edit: Keep in mind that some of the Justices are compromised by the same kind of corruption as the uniparty members of the House and Senate. They are trying to cover their own butts, and the kind of investigations and revelations that are coming will catch some of them too.
The SCOTUS is not a trustworthy party in cleaning up the Federal Government.
I wish Trump would do just that but I'm pretty confident that he won't. Saw an interview with him today where he clearly stated that he always complies with a judge's orders. I don't necessarily want to criticize him for that as he's survived the combined weight of the deep state and I'm not going to claim I know better. I still feel hitting them where it hurts at lightning speed is the best approach right now. The Russians have shown us that winning every battle isn't the name of the game, winning the war is. The Commie-Left is not doing itself any political favors by filing these injunctions and they may have to pay an extremely steep price for that in two years from now during the Midterms.
Trump and Musk are the best and most courageous people one could wish for when it comes to draining the swamp. If there is a way to get it done and save the country from the brink then I'm confident they will pull it off.
I think that’s one way to skin a cat but I also think there are other ways.
