The weight loss thread

Potatoes and rice are starchy too, but they at least help tremendously with satiety. Pasta doesn't, nor pizza, unless you are in Europe. Then you can eat bread products because the wheat hasn't been poisoned.
What if I buy from a ritzy artesian bakery and my pasta was made in Italy? Or would you advise still stay away?

If someone hasn't sprinted in a while, they still need to introduce proper strength training first. Otherwise the sprints will wreck you, unless you have exceptional genetics or know how to gradually work your way up from mild running to actual sprinting over a period of many months, depending on how long you haven't done it.

That said, I applaud you for finding ways to work around multiple significant injuries.
Yeah common sense must be applied as with anything.

However, I will say I injured myself several times doing weight training, and zero times so far sprinting, been doing them consistently for close to a year now, short max effort sprints. I never time myself or any of that, no one cares how fast I can run, myself included, I just do them for the potent benefits they give. I just focus on form and effort every time. Boy, do they work. I look like a statue now, feel light on my feet, in my late 30s no drugs or trt.

Another thing I like about them, you go hard, put in full effort, doesn't take that long, and then you're recovering for 5-6 days sometimes a week afterwards. Very time efficient, you're benefiting from them days after you do them.
