The Venezuela Thread

They were seated at some holiday exhibit or something of that nature showing traditional Christmas, they weren't trying to pawn the plastic food off as real with their lip fillers and botox. I'm sure Venezuelans are not doing well but this is social media slop.

Thank you for the correction.
Food shortages were a thing in Venezuela a few years back.
I remember people posting images of starving animals in the zoos on RVF.
But perhaps it's improved recently.

As long as you have Jewish Strings running the West, is their a real analysis of what is Good and Bad for us in this world, when they and they alone have distorted our Nation to the point of Clown World Status and what ever Hero Sh** the US military is doing is for this Jewish Cabal in one way or another? This Marxist Latin American Diatribe was Imported in from Jewish Intellectuals to create the Natural Social Disorder on their people's, albeit a more primitive Non European folk.

Basically this is the Deal, until we have Strong White Christian Men, totally running our institutions, i.e. Military without Jewish $$influence, we Heritage Americans are just victims along for the ride on this Judeo-Masonic Clown Train.

Russia is same way as many still see the Jewish Influence there.

I wish it was cut and dried, Russia, China, US, Australia, Europe and their 99.9% Homegrown affair, but we solidified Jewish International Globo-Ho-Mo post WW2 and that blurs lots of Muh Holdings, Muh Investments, blah blah...all held together normally with Questionable Trade Policies that can turn on a dime with Un Predictable Political Winds and the constant influx of fiat monies to shore up growth.

I'm not saying Maduro was a Saint, or what not as all the other tin pots can be unsavory, but we've, well you know Come to find out here the last 15 or more years that these bad guys weren't really that bad. They were just victims to something much more Insidious and international and ultimately untouchable. A Ancient world Power that Destroys all Civilizations...

Sorry, but I don't want China, Russia, and Iran being the "big dogs" on the global stage.

I know the United States has committed many sins, but I do not believe for one second that if the BRICS nations were in charge the world would be a better place.

I would much rather have a strong and prosperous USA, including it's flaws and all.

I humbly admit I may be wrong. I pray I'm not deceived. May God's will be done.
This is pretty much where it all comes down to.

In the game of life, knowing all parties are self interested....I'd much rather my side be the one dictating the course of action over the other side.

Fundamentally @scorpion nailed it about geopolitics. Rightly or wrongly we are an empire and it's only obvious that we are going to continue to act that way when we see fit. I don't personally think this is a good thing and I am very concerned about potential migrant impact and more people coming here as a result of the aftermath. Conceptually I can see that regionally this is more critical to our actual interests than is Iraq or Syria and the Monroe Doctrine impact is somewhat correct here making this a little more digrstable.

Plus I hate commies socialist scum.

This has potential to cut both ways so only time will tell.

Meanwhile it's going to be very interesting what CVX stock does and what they plan to do with CAPEX projects there ....since there is a big gap between the nationalization until now in pipeline infrastructure ECT

Here's a decent write up on the whole Oil impact for those not super familiar with grades of oil (sweet/sour/heavy/light)

One thing not really delved into is the skeptical view on the amount of infrastructure required to retool up another 1 million bpd (barrel of oil per day) . I can only assume the government had been in discussion with the US Super Majors on this. Possibly some logistics synergies to be shared in the region but the corruption will still be an issue.

  • Investors are already eyeing financial opportunities in Venezuela following Maduro's ouster.
  • Charles Myers, chairman of Signum Global Advisors, said he's preparing to visit Venezuela in March.
  • Foreign investment in oil and tourism will be the "centerpiece" of Venezuela's recovery, Myers said.
A group of about 20 US investors is already planning to travel to Venezuela in March, following Saturday's news that the country's president, Nicolás Maduro, had been taken into US custody.

This is exactly what I didn't want to happen but predicable.
They're saying that's not what she said, so maybe she didn't mean the last bit. But why wouldn't it be true would have been better if they had explained that.

Homeland Security

This is not what Secretary Noem said. President Trump is bringing stability to Venezuela and bringing to justice an illegitimate Narco Terrorist dictator who stole from his own people.Secretary Noem ended Temporary Protected Status for more than 500,000 Venezuelans and now they can go home to a country that they love.

Our gas prices in the US better start coming down to around $1 with all this extra oil
That would be great. However, gas prices are already super low, except for some commie states like California. I saw gas for $1.99 this morning. Relative to inflation, that's probably the lowest I've seen in my life. It might have been this low in the US before the 1973 oil embargo, but not by much. $1.99 now is like 35 cents in 1972.

The Cuban government just announced that during the US raid 32 Cuban nationals were killed. These 32 belonged to the FAR (Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces) and MININT (Ministry of Interior Affairs).

Cuba, as stated before, was and is a big player in the spread of Latin third world socialism by whatever name in both Africa and Latin America. Furthermore rumours about Maduro's security detail existing of ideologically dedicated foreign professionals/ mercs has been going around for years, as early as 2018-2019 there was talk of Wagner getting involved in protecting Maduro and engaging in security of HVT oil installations+ infrastructural hubs.

Quite:

You see a lot claims that Venezuela has nothing to do with drugs because most of the fentanyl comes from elsewhere. I want to address this:

First off, fentanyl isn't the only drug in the world and there is still fentanyl coming from Venezuela (or at least there was).

Second, cocaine, which is the main drug trafficked out of Venezuela, is a profit center for all of the Latin America cartels. If you cut out the money from cocaine (or even reduce it) you substantially weaken the cartels overall. Also, cocaine is bad too!

Third, yes, a lot of fentanyl is coming out of Mexico. That continues to be a focus of our policy in Mexico and is a reason why President Trump shut the border on day one.

Fourth, I see a lot of criticism about oil. About 20 years ago, Venezuela expropriated American oil property and until recently used that stolen property to get rich and fund their narcoterrorist activities. I understand the anxiety over the use of military force, but are we just supposed to allow a communist to steal our stuff in our hemisphere and do nothing? Great powers don't act like that.

The United States, thanks to President Trump's leadership, is a great power again. Everyone should take note.

Here’s a question: did Donald Trump commit a sin with this attack? It was discussed how politics are all ruled via sociopaths and power, but is there any biblical sin that Trump committed? Or do the elite get to commit bombings and killing without it counting as sins?
At this stage i
Wer don't want oil to drop too low ...The oil companies lose money and won't have the funds for CAPEX investments after they've paid their dividends. There has to be enough margin left over to justify the investment for future growth and sustained production.

They gonna be selling this oil to the rest of the world and make lots of profit, a little discount for the American citizens wont hurt, at least for a little while, I will admit that its already pretty cheap at the moment
