The Trump-Vance Administration

I haven't heard of this guy before. He had a career as an Army officer, then as some kind of analyst in the Pentagon, and an anti-terrorist advisor in the white house.

Then he founded a software company called Metis Solutions and sold it for $92 million. Then he ran for Congress. He is considered one of the most anti-China hawks in the congress.

So, he does have some background to prepare him for the position. I'm a little bit suspicious that he started a company and cashed out big time seemingly as a side hustle from his military and government career. However, in his position he would have likely had the contacts and understanding of requirements to be able to get big contracts and then manage a team to complete those contracts. So, it's doable for a talented person with that background to have success in business.

I haven't seen anything about where he stands on Zionist issues. However, his wife is the daughter of Jordanian Christian immigrants, so that's interesting. His wife is fairly pretty, and her sister is a fashion model who married Creed singer Scott Stapp. Funny how famous people all have connections with other famous people.

In general, this sounds like another good pick by Trump.

Good pick. A Green Beret who's Maga

Never heard of Mike Waltz. After digging into his background, I am wary due to his past work history with Rumsfeld & Gates so this is Red Flag #1. Same as his wife's work history.
Before his election to Congress, Waltz served in various roles at the Pentagon and White House, including as defense policy director for Secretaries of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Robert Gates.

Waltz's wife, Julia Nesheiwat, served as Trump's Homeland Security adviser in the last year of his first term. She has also served in various roles in the Bush and Obama administrations.

Also, another negative thing about Waltz is his stance on the Russia-Ukraine War situation, which is Red Flag #2. I have to wonder who advised Trump on this terrible pick.

I read that differently.

He says you can leverage those things to bring a resolution. Not that you use them.

Here he is talking about stoping the war straight from his own website. In 2023.

Last year mind you.

This article also noted that Trump would be in favor of „allowing“ Russia to retain „some“ territories it controls. I wonder what these territories are because with the exception of some minor advances in Kharkov all territories under Russian control are legally part of Russia. Even more important is that some portions of Kherson, Zaporozhia and Donetsk regions are still „Ukrainian“ but according to Russian Constitution they are Russian. So I believe it‘s largely a wet dream of WaPo. I‘m sure Trump isn‘t that stupid or doesn‘t think that Putin is that stupid.

As if anyone outside the Kremlin cares about the legal status of xyz. Putin lost about any initiative when his 3 day SMO got stuck deep in the Donbass without a clear exit strategy ergo negotiation spiel to implement. Reality is simple: Putin and clique got their dicks stuck when they tried their famous cauldrons in and around Kiev and subsequently tried to gaslight the entire world into believing the opposite. Russia's position, right now, is one of weakness.

The Kremlin boyzz liked to laugh about the sloppy US withdrawal from Afghanistan but at least the US, being two continents away, had the luxury to just pack up and leave. Russia obviously does not have that privilege and will have to deal with the consequences of its grotesque miscalculation/mismanagement.

It seems the usual suspects are finally starting to realize the gravity of the situation. Better late than never. Final copetake of Zion Don and Pooty being buddy buddy because reasons feel through within the week.

Trump's nominated security advisor Mike Waltz gave an interview one day before the election on how to force Putin to accept a less than honorable settlement, ergo end the war in Ukraine. You are not going to like it.

Russia will get the territories under its current control and nothing more. Ukraine will enter NATO on a long enough timeline, the Ukrainian political elite isn't going anywhere and the Ukrainian forces will immediately start getting modernized once the conflict is frozen.

Your boy P messed up.

Have you considered that by nominating Rubio, maybe Trump is trying to remove him from the Senate ?

Not only this, but also to keep Senate Republicans from blocking the rest of Trump's appointments. Trump has to give to the swamp and make trades or the RINOs will block him. Just how DC works, and SoS is mostly a figurehead role with very little power but with high prestige. So it's probably a good trade in the grand scheme of things so Trump can focus more on his domestic policy.

Still going to suck having to listen to Rubio's whiny lisp all the time, though.
