The names of the pilots and crew has not been made public, my only question is if the the pilots were Indian panjeets or perhaps women(could easily have been black or white girls as dei hires crashing more planes)

That's a really big fireball! I guess the plane was fully fueled for a flight to Hawaii, and crashed just off the end of the runway. RIP for the victims.

Incident Overview
The incident occurred on an EVA Air flight (likely from Asia to Seattle, given the 12-hour duration) around early October 2025. The victim, a man returning from his honeymoon, reclined his seat about two hours before landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac). The woman seated behind him became enraged, repeatedly kicked and shoved his seat, and eventually slapped him during the altercation. At the time, the plane was still over international waters, limiting the flight crew’s ability to involve immediate law enforcement or detain her beyond airline protocols.
The man recorded the confrontation, which went viral shortly after (initially shared around October 3, 2025). He expressed frustration in the video, stating, “If it were the other way around, I’d be in a jail cell right now,” highlighting perceived gender disparities in accountability.
Aftermath and FBI Involvement
Upon landing in Seattle, the woman was not immediately arrested due to the jurisdictional issues during the flight. However, the case was promptly referred to the FBI’s Seattle field office for investigation, as incidents involving potential assault on U.S.-bound international flights fall under federal jurisdiction (specifically, 18 U.S.C. § 113 for assault within maritime and territorial jurisdiction, or related aviation statutes).
As of November 12, 2025 (the current date), the FBI is still reviewing the matter to determine if federal charges will be pursued. No charges have been filed against the woman yet. The investigation includes witness statements from other passengers and crew, as well as the video evidence. EVA Air cooperated fully, but airline-specific penalties (e.g., no-fly lists) have not been publicly confirmed.
This case echoes broader trends in “air rage” incidents, with the FAA reporting over 5,000 unruly passenger cases in 2024 alone, many involving seat disputes. Updates may emerge if the FBI proceeds to indictment—check official DOJ announcements for Sea-Tac-related cases
I don’t think they mentioned which airline it is, but my best guess is Spirit Airways
From grok
I thought if it's a US registered plane, owned by a US company, American law applies.wow what a fail on the part of the FBI, the airline, and local law enforcement...if she had stabbed him, were they just going to let her walk off the plane, too?
International airspace or not, if that was on my plane, she is getting restrained enroute and the cops will be taking her off.
for the most part I think that is correct - US flag carrier = US lawI thought if it's a US registered plane, owned by a US company, American law applies.
