There are MANY reports over the past years of German pensioners and lower class/welfare recipients being throw out on the street in order to give their apartments to the "new Germans"...who don't learn German or integrate into the culture. The issue is that the name of the event isn't mentioned anywhere. Most search queues lead me to pdfs and government pages.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are after school activities that kids can join who are "willing to give German lessons to refugees". I'm not sugercoating it though.
I'm just saying that I wouldn't be surprised, if the boys would rather play football or video games, as opposed to hanging out with refugees. Whereas girls literally have nothing to do and are attracted to these kind of "programs".
Maybe someone else found something about this "event".
