Natanz and Isfahan were hit only by Tomahawks so destruction of underground structures seems unlikely, but Fordow caught 6 bunker busters.

My understanding is that only a tactical nuke can even get close to destroying the centrifuges at Fordo. Maybe if those 12 bombs hit the exact same spot each time, they could get halfway there. But how plausible is that?

I agree that invasion is now on the table! I don't see why Iran would surrender at this point? Israel will be reluctant to just start carpet-bombing random civilian targets, so they really have to invade to achieve the goal of "regime" change. And as you mentioned, they can't do that without US support!
