We know from many members of his companies that he does work that hard, and that he does know what he's doing.
It seems he does have a big ego if he's lying about playing games all the time as well, and that's a mark against him, but it's something forgivable. For all that he's done wrong, God has forgiven many sins in crueller men, and it's undeniable that him buying Twitter was as influential as Andrew Torba building Gab.
