This is a pretty extreme spin. Trump is orchestrating his cabinet meetings to make a positive public impression, which he obviously should do. However, a lot of these meetings have contained multiple high impact reports, such as RFK Jr. on health and vaccines and such, or Tulsi Gabbard revealing the scale of corruption behind the Russia Collusion frameup.

The leftist hates these cabinet presentations, but they can hardly find an angle to complain, so this kind of spin is the best they can manage. You have to take them with a big grain of salt.
