How come Biden is pardoning Fauci? Isn't the Biden Administration protecting Fauci? And didn't the Biden Administration follow Fauci's advice too from 2021 to 2023?

Edit. I can't answer the first question because Trump hasn't entered the White House yet. It is too early to tell. The only difference is he is making the picks, not the GOP Establishment, Neocons, etc. unless he has to negotiate with anti-MAGA/anti-Trump Republicans to get them to confirm his picks.

As for Fauci, don't forget he's a career bureaucrat - along with Birx, CDC, FDA, etc. They undermined Trump. (I didn't agree with Trump's Operation Warp Speed COVID plan.)

Yeah, I read that guy claiming that BS. What he envisions "his" band to be and what it actually is are two different things. The Village People is most definitely a gay band and YMCA is most definitely a gay anthem, doesn't matter what the guy who wrote the song says.

Trump is posturing here. He's asking the Ukrainians to do something they don't want to do, which will encourage them to give up the war. At the same time, Trump can sound tough to skeptical warhawks on Capital Hill.

It's a clever ask that will speed up the end of the war.

It's similar to making an ultimatum you know will be refused, in order to terminate a relationship.

For example, imagine if I said It_Is_My_Time must convert to Orthodoxy or he'll be banned from the forum. I know he wouldn't convert, so it would actually just be a secret way to ban him. Likewise, Trump knows the Ukrainians won't accept 18, so it's just a secret way to end the war while looking tough.

The flaw is if the Ukrainians actually accept the deal, and agree to a younger draft. That would be calling Trump's bluff, but will they commit total suicide as a nation?

The problem is that there is a non-negligible chance this could actually happen. The Zelensky regime is completely insane and they will do it if that's what it takes to stay in power.

Personally I don't care at all. I have never had an issue with the YMCA song, did the dance all the time and I'm about as vanilla straight and narrow as they come...

I think Trump will avoid this problem by taking care of Zelensky first. Notice, Trump has been rather silent about Zelensky. There's also a non-negligible chance Trump is planning to get rid of the little tribesman. Why should Trump keep him around? Zelensky didn't help Trump expose Biden when Trump needed it. I think Trump will go for revenge.

Trump has said he thinks he can end it in 6-months - which means there will probably be elections that take place during these six months. Once Zelensky is gone, Trump can then say, "We can't give more money unless you lower the draft age," and then a sensible Ukrainian leader negotiates for peace.

We'll see if this is true or not. I know I heard this about Trump a lot in his first term, how he was using a certain stance as a bargaining stance, only to see him cave, whether it was the budget shutdown, or the BLM riiots, or the bailout of Wall Street and the middle finger to the working class during covid, his track record isn't the best on this "art of the deal" routine.

I would rather he came out and said "our country is collapsing, to the point that now Iran is offering to help due to the millions of people who have had their lives destroyed by hurricanes and wildfires. We can no longer afford endless war; we are cutting Ukraine off to take care of our own people". But of course, he can't say this, because the people who really control the country will not allow him to say it.

It's very weird to me that Trump seems as healthy and energetic as he does when he's so obese and supposedly mostly eats McDonald's and other goyslop. I agree that it would be at least somewhat easier to take him seriously if he'd been eating clean and lifting weights all this time.

Same goes for Elon. How does he manage to be fat with all the resources he's got. Being an alcoholic probably helps.

I'm not going to say that I like Zuckerberg, but I maybe at least respect him like 5% more because he's gotten fit and fairly muscular. It boggles my mind that you'd have billions of USD and not do that.

The elites pick these types of people because they are easy to control. When you let your devices control you, especially after 40, you are an easy to manipulate person. Take someone like Mel Gibson or Jake Shields, they don't let their vices control them, and they cannot be bribed into following the script, so they have to be silenced as much as possible and yet still give an appearance of free speech and a free country.

I get what you're saying, and I get the impetus to admire Mel Gibson. I mostly do with the massive caveat that he abandoned the mother of his children. To be with a Russian whore, if I remember correctly. I get that I don't know all the circumstances, and I might even be wrong about his having committed adultery with the Russian whore, but it all looks really bad and I'm surprised that most guys on our side of the Internet seem to forget about it.

I don't know much about him, just an example of someone who seems to have conquered their vices and chosen the path of the truth v. the path of the bribe. And I could be wrong about him, I don't follow popular media/sports/entertainment. There are men out there who do this, and the number of men who do this grows by the day because the alternative path no longer provides them with enough incentive.

And people like this will not be permitted into our political sphere, because they don't have a vice that the elites can use to control them. They cannot be blackmailed into doing their bidding, so they will be disallowed, or they will be primared by an AIPAC shill who will get 10 times the funding and media support to run them out of office.
