Closer to home, a work colleague told me about the loss of a friend at the weekend. Aged 38, no medical history to speak of, and died of a massive heart attack. An air ambulance was tasked, to no avail. My colleague is in no doubt about the cause of death.

A 33 yo male distant family member died of a heart attack this weekend. He's the second 30-something male from my Ex's side of the family to die in such manner in the last year. Add in the 30-something brother of a co-worker and that makes 3 that are only 2 degrees of separation in the last 12 months.
I can't remember 30 yo's dying of heart attacks. I'm trying to scrub my memory, but no, not there. Error 404. Rest in peace, young brothers.
