2024 Election Lounge

Yeah I get that, just scratching my head as to why. This election was pretty much a landslide for Republicans, yet Kerri Lake has likely lost the Senate race in AZ. Did she do something to turn voters off in AZ? I haven't paid much attention to her.
It has to do with the recent lawsuit.

Appeals court says Arizona should release list of voters with unverified citizenship

The Arizona Court of Appeals on Monday affirmed a decision by a lower court that required the Secretary of State’s office to release a list of tens of thousands of voters who were mistakenly classified as having access to Arizona’s full ballot because of a coding glitch.

The court rejected an appeal by Secretary of State Adrian Fontes’ office that sought to reverse the lower court’s order or at least suspend it. A group had sued in an effort to verify whether those on the list are in fact eligible to cast full ballots.

Fontes’ office had initially denied a public records request for the list of voters that was filed by America First Legal, a group run by Stephen Miller, a onetime adviser to former President Donald Trump. Fontes’ office cited concerns over the accuracy of the list and the safety of the voters included.

Fontes expressed his disappointment with the latest ruling during a news conference and vowed that officials will be watching for any instances of voter intimidation. While it was his intention to ensure that voter information would remain protected, he said his office has complied with the court order and has turned over the list to the plaintiffs.

Arizona is actually going down to the wire.

You can do some quick math. She is down 2% or 53000 votes with 70% of the votes counted

If it’s 1% lead for Gallego with still 20% votes left then she’s in extremely good shape . If she’s down 0.5 with 15% of the votes to count still very good shape .

Just check back this evening

In 2022 Lake lost by .7% to a different candidate. Now with Trump on the ballot I’d honestly be pretty surprised if she lost but I know nothing about Gallego, except that he’s incumbent and relatively popular with his base . There were a number of “Trump/gallego “ yard signs so a number of voters are voting for Gallego and Trump

I checked out some of the popular states for transplants. Trump won big in Florida and Texas. Destroyed her in Tennessee.

Out West, he won big in Utah and Montana. Destroyed her in Idaho. It looks like Trump will even take Boise's county again.

Great to see the woke leftists don't have the numbers to change everywhere they go, and that many transplants are actually right-wing.

Stephen a Smith is a basketball interviewer. It’s funny that he wants to articulate his thoughts about the election and politics. It would be like if Bush or Trump or Obama wanted to talk about the World Series or nhl finals

He's trying to be the next Keith Olbermann. Another loud mouth unhinged lefty who should be avoided and stick to sports so he can be properly ignored.

Christina Applegate has multiple sclerosis , walks with a cane and had a lot of weight gain. Yes she hit the wall but she’s in very poor health beyond that

God marked her.

Obviously not all as some people are just unfortunate but I can't tell you how many times I've seen bad people with terrible scars, disfigurements and disabilities.....I always think to myself "God marked you".

AP will declare Trump the winner tomorrow night with a projected electoral vote count greater than three hundred and twenty. Biden will resign soon thereafter, making Kamala Harris the 47th president of the USA. Harris will nominate, and Congress will confirm, Mike Pence for the vice presidency before January 6th, 2025. Harris will die of a cocaine overdose a week before Inauguration Day, making Mike Pence the 48th president of the USA.
I didn't get the first one quite right, but I have a good feeling about the other three.

What happened with Kerri Lake? Trump took AZ pretty easily yet Kerri is currently losing the Senate race with 70% of the vote in...
I think she alienated a lot of the AZ republican base. I saw a podcast recently where the guys were claiming she's useless, deliberately tanked the 2020 post-election inquiry, etc. Inside politics stuff that makes voters apathetic.
