Realizing that it has to do with the wine. That looks like a climate control unit but it def could be done more tastefully …. Weird that they don’t hide the unit somehow.
Look close and you’ll notice that the wine is on the other side of the glass doors, all laid out so the labels can be read through the locked glass doors so they can flex for their dinner guests.
