2024 Election Lounge

Letting a mentally ill person into your home is always a bad idea.
The tattoos, piercings, short hair, obesity, strangely coloured hair, crazy vegan diets, etc should be a clue they are not mentally stable and have very poor impulse contrl.

The majority of people with TDS are "normal", or at least normies with normal appearance. In my case some of my old friends have ghosted me, and with others we just avoid talking politics.

Yes, but I'm assuming they are not the sort making videos screaming and crying into the camera and then posting it on the internet.

The "racist, sexist, anti-gay" chant made wonder why exactly liberals consider Trump anti-LGBT. He was the first president to support gay marriage on his first day in office. Based on the post election meltdowns, they seem particularly convinced that he has "spoken words that are violence against trans children" or some gobbly-gook like that, but is anyone aware of what specific policies Trump has pushed that are "anti-gay" or "anti-trans" or anything like that? As the guys on the Revenge of the Cis podcast pointed out when covering the RNC, the RNC is essentially an openly gay event now, and I'm not aware of any pushback against the homo part of Globohomo from Trump himself at all.

Does anyone know? To be fair, I'm not even clear on what Trump has ever said or done that's "racist," but I think in these people's minds wanting borders is racist, as is jokingly pointing out that Puerto Rico really is a filthy, miserable, corrupt hellhole.

Given the high levels of cheating in 2020, I'm surprised this election has concluded so quickly, with no resistance.

No late-night vote dumps for Kamala, no boarded-up polling booths.

What made 2020 so important to them, and why isn't this election met with the same intensity?

Did Trump's efforts to stop vote fraud actually work, or did they simply realize they couldn’t manipulate the outcome this time?
They need white boys to join the military.

They changed the staff this morning

I think they were trying to cheat, and probably succeeded in many cases. I think they probably had vans full of fake ballots, ready to go.

However, I do think Trump's legal efforts and aggressive monitoring stopped them. X helped with this as well. Musk, Bannon, Vance, etc all told people that if they see anything, notify them on X right away, and get video if possible. In many cases where they were trying to cheat, it got publicized and blown up on X immediately, and Trump officials filed instant law suits to stop the violations. I think this really hampered the cheating effort a lot.

Finally, the win was too big to rig, not only in terms of numbers, but in momentum. I'm sure they were poised to start unloading boxes of fake ballots at 2am. That's why so many swing states said it will take days to finish counting. However, the results built up to a win so fast, it was over and Trump was the victor before they got the chance to bring those fake ballots in.

It was a big success for Trump's election team.

Trump also mentioned they sent thousands of lawyers to thousands of polling stations.

Yep. The new MAGA-control RNC/GOP Team - Michael Whatley & Lara Trump - made sure to get the legal teams involved.

In 2020, the Establishment-control RNC/GOP Chairwoman (Rona M.) didn't bother. If the Republican candidates believed in MAGA policies and were endorsed by Trump, Rona allowed the cheating & fraud to happen. Rona only sent legal teams if the Republican candidates were endorsed by the Establishment who didn't want any MAGA-related policies.

Shock and screaming has now turned into irrational paranoia.
Kamala supporters now see themselves as a character in the movie "They Live" or "Invasion of the body snatchers" and do not know who to trust anymore, thinking their friends and colleagues could be secret Trump voters.

Maybe if they had one of their cats on a lead they would be able to identify each other.
