Vivek Ramaswamy wants to base our country around number two:
A big fan of number two, he is.
There's already quite a bit of Indians in Ohio. Most go there for college from other states, like the atmosphere and way of life there and consider sticking around after college. Of course for the ones that do, their families soon follow and that's where the real problem lies. Of those Indian students only a few will actually assimilate to the Ohio and western way of life. However, most will stick with their kinds and their families that end up migrating there will start to form mini communities of their own, which is what is currently happening. This has to be the dumbest campaign idea I’ve ever heard. He wants to flood Ohio with Indians. The Indians, I encounter in New York are by far the dumbest people I’ve ever encountered in my life as far as any racial or ethnic group. And these are the supposed “successful, intelligent“ Indians.
When Vivek first came on the scene for the Republican primary, a lot of people thought he would be really good, because he was saying a lot of good things. I was completely skeptical. I figured it doesn't matter if he says the right things. I would never support having an Indian for president. Look at the situation in the UK and Ireland with all their Indian elected officials. It's a disaster for the actual English, Scottish, Irish and Welsh people.

To be fair, he was the only one on the stage calling out satanic Nikki Haley and her endless war profiteering. So, he was useful for a small bit of time. Now he can go back to the dustbin. When Vivek first came on the scene for the Republican primary, a lot of people thought he would be really good, because he was saying a lot of good things. I will admit that I started liking Vivek pretty well when he was campaigning for Trump. I figured he is acceptable in that kind of role. I also was thinking he would do good working with DOGE.
However, he totally flamed out with the H1B stuff in December. It's a wonder he even has enough credibility left to pursue the Ohio governorship. He's definitely continuing to show his true colors with this nonsense about America being a proposition nation.
I was right when I first dismissed him for being Indian.

After he had curry favor for so long, his true self showed in the H1B debate.I found his youtube channel during the campaign season and thought he really did put good effort to make himself look like the real deal with his messaging. When I skimmed through a few and he did sounded genuine, thoughtful, and it sounded as if he understood problems that Americans were struggling with.
He absolutely did blew all that political & trust capital in that 1 moment pushing for H1Bs and cheap foreign labor.
