In this thread I want to address Get2Chopaa’s war supporting tendencies (since I am not allowed to post in the Christian morality thread).
Basically you stated that you would support empire building/war for the USA where it is profitable for them.
Isn’t “thou shalt not kill” one of the ten commandants and one of the most basic tenets of Christianity?
Yet somehow you are advocating USA to invade foreign lands and plunder them for profit so that Americans citizens can be enriched. And somehow your priest is okay with your view?
Can you tell me where exactly in the bible it says “invade the lands of foreigners and plunder and pillage for the profit of you and your progeny” or any such similar message?

Oh and by the way when people like Francis K. And others keep going on about me looking for a virgin girlfriend instead of a wife it’s the year 2025 and marriage brings significant legal and financial risk for men in the majority of countries.
What benefit do you get out of being married as a man that you don’t get from just having a permanent long term girlfriend? Why take the legal and financial risk if you aren’t being rewarded. You can just get a girlfriend and still behave as a married couple. Technically it is a sin but in the modern era marriage has been perverted to the point where it’s no longer beneficial for men and is a completely one sided arrangement.
And you guys obsess over a detail so minor yet say nothing when someone like Get2Choppaa advocates the USA invading foreign lands for financial profit. Killing is a much greater sin than fornication and yet you mostly all stay silent on the issue.

The entire book of Joshua came immediately to my mind. I suppose you could also argue for Christ's having come not to bring peace but a sword, although I probably wouldn't interpret it that way myself.
Non Christians always have strong views on what Christians believe, which actual Christians tend to disagree with.
I've seen others call G2C out for his jingoism. From what I can see, G2C is about as Christian and conservative as your standard fare MIC-funded GOPe politician. Even less so since he outsources his moral and spiritual life to a priest. Since that is blatantly obvious and comes across in every post, I don't see the need to make a spectacle of it. At least with G2C, you know what you're going to get.
Honestly AS it's not about what youre trying to do dude, at the very very least I can at least say that you're honest about it. I don't care what you do, I've even actually tried to help you realize certain things in regards to the feasibility of your goals which of course you ignored. I said I would be more understanding if we were at least honest about what we were doing.
I.e. if we went to Venezuela for oil and for geopolitical security reasons do I accept that vs an obvious lie that we are there because we give a shit about a dictator etc....

It doesn't and I don't believe it's the Christian thing to do. But you can still separate the reality that wars will always be fought over resources and an Empire will always be looking for ways to expand their influence via military/cultural/economic control.

Blade I'm going to let this go brother because you're obviously very passionate about it, I was just trying to reason with you. But I'll say one more thing before I do, you have trouble discussing any view point which is in opposition to yours and instead of addressing what someone is saying you will just pick out specific things you can try to attack. You make it personal and start insulting people's intelligence any time they believe something different from what you believe. I have experienced this with you first hand and I'm not the only one. You just did exactly that to me for no reason....
The whole art of debating is to pick apart someone's argument point by point. Or are you trying to claim he is nitpicking on minor points while avoiding addressing the core issue? I have personally have not seen him doing that. As BladeRunner insulting people's intelligence he has done that from time to time but he is a lot milder on insults than many other forum members including yourself, Purple Urkel, Get2Chopaa, etc.
Okay well we're different there because I discuss things to learn and expand myself, not just to win the argument any way I can to justify to someone else what is in my own head. I don't see it as a competition, it only would become that if it were something that actually had impact on my life not just some random internet discussion.

"Win the argument" isn't what any of this was ever about. Those who hold BTC (in the case of the squabble) have already won, been winning, etc. It's like the analogy I've given in the past, a team beats you over and over and the only answer is "but but but" or "you're a religion/cult" or "it won't last" while its the losing team of course that is the one trying to justify, since their position doesn't meet reality.
How did you possibly even find a way to make any of what I said about bitcoin? Wrong thread dude....I genuinely do not care about any of that one way or another. I haven't typed the word "bitcoin" on this forum in years, you sound obsessed....

Your current explanation is not what you said before and you are moving the goalposts but I will let this one slide rather than dig up quotes of all your previous comments which people can read for themselves already. If that is your new stance that you are not supportive of invading other countries then I am glad to hear it.
It never ceases to amaze me where these conversations can take us.
What started as questions about the suspension of jayco, took a turn into personal tit for for tat and was moved here, only to evolve into a conversation about bitcoin vs fiat and the value of money.
I don't mind moving posts around and can take this to a regular thread, although I'm not sure how long will this last as a regular conversation.
@Australia Sucks ,@Get2choppaaa - You guys want to continue it in a regular thread, or prefer to stay here just in case ?
There's some users that seem to have different pet topics that which are of prime importance to them and that leads them to drive a thread in that direction even when no one in the thread had previously brought up the topic. We see one example of this with BTC being brought up out of nowhere. The two other big ones is about how it's pointless to vote and how Trump won't save you which pops up on in conversations where Trump or voting aren't being discussed or the topic of how there isn't enough hot young virgins for men to marry in western countries, a topic that crops up on threads that have nothing to do with relationships with women.
I won't name the drivers of these topics since I'm guessing most of the forum regulars already had their names pop in their heads as soon they read what I wrote and it'll ruin the fun if I explicitly name the posters.

Disgusting, absolutely beyond disgusting that “bad words” should be even in the discussion for being illegal.
