Unfortunately my 10 and 12 year old were able to tell me exactly what those words meant.
The 6-7 thing is beyond retarded.
So you're saying I used it correctly in context!
I did something a bit out of pocket last weekend and someone mentioned the 6 7 retardation. I was dragged to a 40th birthday party I needed to go to in order to be a good friend and had fun there so then agreed to go to a nearby private spot after the place closed that one of my friends friends owned. It was everyone at the birthday about 25 of us, we went there after to keep the party going.
Everyone was mid 30's to mid 40's, it felt like an old school party where everyone is there to have a good time with everyone else instead of just being standoffish in their own group staring you down and acting weird when you try to be social. One of the girls brought it up while I was talking to her she said she could never imagine any of the "6 7" kids ever doing what we were doing that night. I told her "yea we're the last ones that remember life before 9/11 and stupid social media" which she thought was funny and true. Nobody taking pictures, nobody making TikTok's, no sweat pant wearing cartoon character looking weirdos....everyone with their act together just having a good time getting to know everyone there, started as strangers ended as friends.
Oh well, no point in going back into the past it just is what it is those days are gone and even if they weren't I'm too old for that crap anyway other than once in a great great while on a special occasion....which was probably true for everyone there.

I stand by what I said previously, he should have never been targeted in the way he was. Now it's just online mud slinging, in a "Life Under the Bridge" thread, so I'm indifferent. It's just the internet, hard to take that seriously. But on interesting topics and informational debates, it can be somewhat useful.
