At least the blacks stick together unlike white Anglos. That’s why anglosphere whites are losing on every front because they have no sense of community or in group preference.

An Anglo business owner for example will hire a Chinese or Indian manager then that manager will hire only people from their race and within 5 years the business will not have any whites left.

Can someone explain the issue with this?

You're born with Type 1. It's a difficult thing to control, especially for a child - and can be catastrophic if not properly managed. What's wrong with making them feel included?

This is different than Type 2.

Is the issue that this 'normalizes' Type 2?

To be fair, Type I diabetes is the kind that isn't due to diet, and can happen to anyone including otherwise healthy children.

However, I think the doll is probably targeted at obese children who already have type II diabetes due to extreme carb intake and lack of activity.

Sad!
