Who Should You Marry?

That wasn't me, I'm not trying to endorse sin as a means to an end. But on further reflection I suppose it's the logical conclusion of what I'm saying. As in, it's going to be very difficult to date a secular woman and not fall into sexual sin.

Lord have mercy on us. It's very hard out there right now.

I thought about it upon waking up this morning, even for how hard it is for young women to go through their entire teens and into early 20s as virgins but in a culture that constantly brings sex up, in media and conversation, and mostly with friends that aren't christian or have lost that teaching or impulse entirely. It's "hard" for them even and they don't even have much T. I was a late bloomer (happy about that) but it's clear that the highest functioning sexual years are still going to be 20-30 for a man, and women are much earlier in the maturation process.

What I'm basically saying is that even for european descendant people we still are meant to full on procreate by 18-23 at latest, and the modern world looks at those ages like they are children, which of course is this self fulfilling prophecy since everyone seemingly wants to work (supposedly).

What happens as a result? Dudes are taught to either not have sex and then probably later on regret throwing away their best boners, even though yes problems are associated with all of that. What I'm getting at is not encouraging any activity so much as pointing out that it's a joke to keep up this sexual purity stuff in Christianity when you don't even match your daughters with good men or make sure your group/tribe is exclusive. It's another dookie sandwich this boomer and older generation laid on the younger people, since they got married early and act like they don't know that 85% of girls being sent off to uni and in this culture are in fact closer to sluts than they ever realized. Trust me, I've talked to them, they are clueless. They think sluts are like the 1960s girls (like 2% of all girls) that were the bike everyone rode, when now it's like 70% are, and probably doing all this stuff at ages 15-18 all day, but god forbid a 30 year old man wanting to marry a 20 year old woman. lol

This is a prerequisite for marriage in the first place as there is no ecumenical sacrament for it in the Orthodox Church. I'm not saying this against you but against a broader conviction on this forum that wifing-up a Heterodox is somehow acceptable. It isn't. Not only on canonical grounds (run away from a priest who's willing to commit this travesty) but also taking in consideration the danger of present divorce-rape culture when this different faith wife ricochets and decides to slide you down on a straight razor.

To put it simple: do not tie the knot with a person who hasn't shared your faith for at least a few years.

While I agree with this it basically ensures that the only Orthodox moving ahead (and for the last 20-40 years) will be converts.

Again, 98% of the "Orthodox women" you meet in the west will just be university and careerists, since that's the culture. The problem with M-F relations at this point is that you have to be attracted to one another (hard enough) AND then 5 more things to be a real match. You can't even get parents to arrange or help their kids get together in modernity. It's just this "do whatever you want, it worked out for us" boomer mentality; trust me, they are clueless entirely and totally feminized. What no one will talk about is that real, red pill, successful christian men don't want old, fat, save me leftovers. Why is that so hard to recognize for most? It's because most men frankly just became pussies as the culture got worse and worse. There need not be blame but this is just a fact. Now you've got stunted, chubby 18 year olds and TONS of 35-45 "dog moms" walking around, thinking they can still "date" guys lol - it's a joke

These are all the devil's machinations. He sows discord and confuses the truth. Until there is nothing left and you live in a world of lies and distortions. Everyone is completely disconnected from God and does whatever they want, leading to mass misery and despair. Broken families, loneliness, porn addiction... The list goes on and on.

A nation full of strong men and feminine women who marry by their early twenties and start families would be much more difficult to subvert. But in this chaos, there is no stability and anyone can be manipulated.
