White People Getting Paid for Being "Racist"

The case is absurd, but here are some possible reasons why it's being brought to trial:

(1) The D.A. is ideologically captured and/or retarded and/or Somalian, sorry for the redundancy.

(2) The fix is in with the judge and they're going to have an all Somali with libtard jury.

(3) The "family of the victim" is being encouraged to pursue an action for civil damages and they want to get Shiloh on the stand saying naughty words to help with the civil case.

(4) Everyone is now so retarded in Minnesota that the majority thinks calling someone n****** is actually illegal.

(5) Very low percentage that they want to tie Shiloh up in court for a period of time because they have another planned action against her, but not a civil case, something else. It could even be to probe her weaknesses and just see if she'll crack under pressure during pre-trial or on the stand, although she would be quite foolish to take the stand. If Shiloh were not already so high profile, this could be a motive so they could gangstalk her for a while before trial and wreck her nerves, but she has too much popular support for that.

She has an open and shut 1st amendment defense and also more of an action against the Somalis for civil damages if she were to get a private investigator on that rapist camera man and do a James O'Keefe job on him and get him on camera admitting it was a setup with the other Somalis, where they wait in the park to steal from whites, then call them racist. This is a fringe theory, so don't take it seriously, but I am having a little fun here since I know she's going to win and also get more money as soon as the trial gets more publicity.

Municipalities often have no problem coming up with BS charges to try and appease the public. If you have the right connections they will suppress everything for you from the beginning and offer the media nothing, if you don't they will use you as a lightning rod and smear you to hell with the media to take the attention off themselves. Right or wrong means nothing and they have unlimited attorneys at their disposal to fight you on everything and anything dragging it out if they decide it benefits them, the charges being complete garbage has no meaning to them. They brought charges to act like they did something just to shut everyone up and they will draw it out as long as they can to drain your resources also make sure it's well out of the news cycle and then offer a slap on the wrist just to save face and avoid a countersuit which it would be in your best interest to take just to get it all over with. It's less effective with a misdemeanor but that's all they had and they did their best to hit her with something.

I highly highly doubt he can't find representation, attorneys LOVE work that gets them in the news negatively or positively. Especially now when a law degree has become so devalued it just doesn't make sense. If I had to come up with a motive for this it is because he is looking for a lawyer who will take it up for the publicity alone, he doesn't want to have to pay for one and quite frankly I don't blame him for that I hope he finds one.

A few months ago he said he found one in Nashville (50 miles away) that wanted a $15K retainer, and because of that and other reasons he didn't hire that one.

There is an over two year history of this guy being harassed by the city before his niqqer video went viral, so I think many attorneys would be scared off because there is no good angle of approach when you have a client who is not in a protected class and has already reacted to being pushed into corner by becoming confrontational and dangerously bold.
 
Joel Davis is a political prisoner in Australia who has been jailed for months without bail for offensive speech. He often used racial slurs, however non-whites have done the same and not been prosecuted. In fact non-whites charged with rape, pedophilia and aggravated assault have been granted bail regularly, whereas Joel has not despite being first arrested for a Telegram post where he encouraged people to "rhetorically rape" an elected member by ratioing her on Twitter.

Joel is a prominent leader of the National Socialist Network (supporters of Hitler), a pro-white political group that was effective because of Joel's peaceful street level activism, but disbanded after his arrest when new laws were created making their free speech rallies criminal acts.

He was jailed just prior to his first child being born and has been kept in harsh conditions of solitary confinement that are much more strict than the Bondi Beach murderer, who killed tens of people.

 

Fired From School District For Free Speech​

My name is Daniel Concannon. This week, I was fired from Shaker Regional School District in New Hampshire for free speech, unrelated to work, in the form of my social media highlighting anti-White hate in society and offering related social and political commentary.

That's it. Did I do anything remotely wrong in the workplace? No.

Is my longstanding professional track record of 12+ years in education spotless? Yes.

Do I object to anti-White hate and societal decay on social media? Guilty as charged.

This is insane. This isn't the private sector. This is a government job. A government that is supposed to protect the First Amendment should not be able to fire an employee for First Amendment protected activity conducted in the public square, having nothing to do with that job. But here we are.

You may know me from my much-publicized 2021 battle with Manchester School District in which I objected to their anti-White, SPLC-authored “White Privilege” training, or from the social media presence I've maintained since that event. At that time, I vowed to stand against the rampant anti-White hate that plagues our society, hold it up to the light, and spotlight those responsible for it. For more than four years, that's exactly what I've done.

Going public in 2021, I knew that I was making my own life much more difficult, but integrity dictated what I had to do. To say the last four years haven't been easy would be the understatement of a lifetime. I've never detailed just how much was sacrificed, or the opportunities that were lost. I don't dwell in the ongoing struggles, or the years of blacklisting, deplatforming, censorship, and threats that have come along with taking this stand. Doing what I did literally cost me everything, and I'd do it again. Life would be much easier if I stopped doing this right now, but I won't, because this matters too much. But no one wants to hear a sob story, so I'll cut if off there.

But I won't have my tongue cut out for the sake of any job.

This recently-begun school year, I reentered the education field and took a position with Shaker Regional School District. I actually worked for Shaker Regional out of college, and had a great experience before moving on. This time around, however, I've been shown the door for... well... for what you can see with your own eyes on my social media, where you'll find no lies, no slander - nothing that's even controversial - except to those who are easily offended by reality. And, as Shaker Regional School District has proven here, there's a whole lot of people who are easily offended by reality - and many of them are employers.

Faced with this predicament, I've launched this fundraiser for anyone who wants to offer support. It shouldn't be like this. It shouldn't be this costly to say true things in the United States of America. To stand up for ourselves on the basis upon which we're attacked. But this is how it is - for now - until enough of us stand up to turn the tide.

Thank you to everyone who has helped spread not just my message, but spread our broader message, and helped force it into the mainstream over these last few years.

And, of course, thank you to each and every person who contributes here.
