She was in a public park and the Somalian was bothering her. Throwing insults back is just how confrontation works, and slurs aren’t banned from a legal standpoint.
The case is absurd, but here are some possible reasons why it's being brought to trial:
(1) The D.A. is ideologically captured and/or retarded and/or Somalian, sorry for the redundancy.
(2) The fix is in with the judge and they're going to have an all Somali with libtard jury.
(3) The "family of the victim" is being encouraged to pursue an action for civil damages and they want to get Shiloh on the stand saying naughty words to help with the civil case.
(4) Everyone is now so retarded in Minnesota that the majority thinks calling someone n****** is actually illegal.
(5) Very low percentage that they want to tie Shiloh up in court for a period of time because they have another planned action against her, but not a civil case, something else. It could even be to probe her weaknesses and just see if she'll crack under pressure during pre-trial or on the stand, although she would be quite foolish to take the stand. If Shiloh were not already so high profile, this could be a motive so they could gangstalk her for a while before trial and wreck her nerves, but she has too much popular support for that.
She has an open and shut 1st amendment defense and also more of an action against the Somalis for civil damages if she were to get a private investigator on that rapist camera man and do a James O'Keefe job on him and get him on camera admitting it was a setup with the other Somalis, where they wait in the park to steal from whites, then call them racist. This is a fringe theory, so don't take it seriously, but I am having a little fun here since I know she's going to win and also get more money as soon as the trial gets more publicity.
Municipalities often have no problem coming up with BS charges to try and appease the public. If you have the right connections they will suppress everything for you from the beginning and offer the media nothing, if you don't they will use you as a lightning rod and smear you to hell with the media to take the attention off themselves. Right or wrong means nothing and they have unlimited attorneys at their disposal to fight you on everything and anything dragging it out if they decide it benefits them, the charges being complete garbage has no meaning to them. They brought charges to act like they did something just to shut everyone up and they will draw it out as long as they can to drain your resources also make sure it's well out of the news cycle and then offer a slap on the wrist just to save face and avoid a countersuit which it would be in your best interest to take just to get it all over with. It's less effective with a misdemeanor but that's all they had and they did their best to hit her with something.
