I’m pretty sure Dusty’s photo is also fake. It looks like she’s 6’2 as per the height chart. But the people in the other photo tower over her .

They're going to draft some very stern letters to mayors and governors!
We'll know who needs to be held accountable. What form this accountability will take (angry letters, frozen funds, obstruction charges, etc) is an open question.
It will also make ICE work easier - they'll know in advance where local LEOs won't cooperate.
