Agreed. It is due process to determine someone is illegal then deport them. There is no need for dragging every case through the court system. Try going to another country illegally, and you will see the normal way it should be handled.

What about detention centers? Placing them on a plane back home.
If someone is convicted then he is jailed. And after doing his time he is sent back home. If his only crime is entering a country illegally. Placing them near tren de agua gang members might make sense for americans.

Your assuming governament officers dont make mistakes. Judges are not there to free criminais. They are there to verify if the officer (which most of the times are dumb neanderthals) who did a 3 months law training didnt fuck up and made a mistake.

And when they determine an action it will never be wrong. And this is simple false. They make mistakes everyday. They actually make tons of mistakes. And all government action always needs to be double and triple checked. Not only by judges. Before by superiors with more learning.
Thats why courts give remedies. Remedies are to fix something that is wrong. Its the equivalent of an antibiotic during a disease. Its a medicine to cure an illness.
Police also never give wrong traffic tickets. Why courts? If the cop said so. Thats enough. Why courts? Useless.
Even the radar to check the speed can be wrong and it’s a machine. They need to be calibrated every x months.
The prosecutor should read an indictment and boom. Sentenced. Why should you have a trial.

The courts are not there to free criminals. They are there also to protect innocents from being unlawfully punished.

Companies have superiors to check subordinates work. It’s exactly the same thing. Judge are the equivalent of superiors. Checking if the administration is complying with rules.

Everyday thousands of judges determine the government was wrong. In everything from housing to labor. An agency can pick on companies just to reach the goal of fines set by superiors. And if your unlucky enough you will get a fine without knowing why.
If the ICE superior says this month 1000 people need to be deported. That quota will be reached. Wether it’s legally possible or not. You can bet whatever you want. They will fill the quota. And if there’s bonus attached they will deport their mother.
Cops are the same. They need to fill quotas.

Judges are checkers of government work. This is what a judge is. The ultimate superior of a public official work. To correct his work. If it’s not complying with the law. Which is nothing more than guidelines.
This is the equivalent of letting employees run wild on a company. Without any scrutiny.

Judges in America are not checkers or government work in the Immigration court, not in reality or practice anyway. What they are is activist entities encroaching into executive branch powers.

There are informal quotas. Quotas were banned recently (2010, etc). And replaced by informal. Performance reviews will include quotas.
ICE has quotas.
There are thousands of judges working everyday. And a few rotten. Tree for forest and all that shit.
In a democracy you should be extremely wary of the tools you are handing out to your enemy in 4 years.

We can't be saying that it's not enough deportations on one side (Fuentes et al) then complain about one or two cases where non citizens are deported for disagreeable behavior and stirring shit in our country.

Except there is legitimate constitutional points I am making here. The judicial branch is infringing on the executive branch point blank. Supremes will have to rectify otherwise district courts not accountable to the DOJ or elected officials will continue to run roughshod over the framework of the Constitution.
Illegals should obviously be deported. The more the merrier. Deport them all. But the ones who are illegals. And if they catch some recent legals. Fine by me. Even legals should have restricted rights in relation to nationals. Habeas Corpus is not one of them.
This voter thing for illegals. Is communism. Because an illegal recently entered doesn´t have the feeling of ownership a national has.
What the government shound´t do is take away the right for anyone to challenge a detention which they believe is illegal. Because an ICE officer made a mistake. This is a non question since the government already admitted they have to grant habeas corpus even within the alien act.
Judges need to have the power to check if proceedings were followed. And if a mistake is made to fix it. This goes for aliens and even more importantly for citizens.
Your talking about a few dozen rotten judges who cast a bad shadow to the entire judiciary. The nationwide rulings made by a simple judge is crazy shit. And they abused this power. And sooner or later it will be taken away from them. A judge can have a crazy opinion. A bad day. But to make it a law. Supreme courts have almost legislative powers. Not district or whatever judges. Just like the president has judiciairy powers with pardons. If he abuses them also they are taken away. Anything you abuse it´s taken away. Besides of course love for Christ.
There are so many jokes about judges. But there´s more and less a mutual respect. Judges hate cops or normally government agencies because they are always lying. And it´s true. They are incompetent people who lie to cover their mistakes. But I don´t blame them. Cause government officials make little money. They are heroes actually or just really unambitious.

I used to play poker with judges. They would close all blinders and shit. Always using words like "moderation, reserve, restraint, etc". Restraint this restraint that. But she was batshit crazy. That was a grenade I miracously dodged.
Judges work like dogs. And they also get little pay.
A good judge nobody talks about him. The fight was between Trump and UCLA. Not Trump vs Boasberg. Judge wants spotlight he should be a rockstar.

Federal judges are in tremendous power positions.
Democrats always play dirty and there is no Constitution when their DA turns his attention towards you, they do as much harm as they can get away with, their supreme court judges often confirm that position, and interpret the document as it suits them strategically, innocent people end up in prison all the time- the J6 patriots endured horrible abuse, who will compensate them, Ashlee Babbitt anyone, they got Trump convicted on bogus charges using carefully selected dumb and biased jurors, even tried to kill him, but yeah lets play nice it's always worked, in a sane world an intruder has no right to be where he illegally entered and no judge should be needed to remove him as soon as he's discovered. Different companies use prison labor, I think the convicts get their time served counted twice this way towards their sentences- illegals could be used the same way until they've covered the cost of the deportation. The dangerous ones, if we can't hang them, should be dumped in the Sahara or into the middle of some shithole country that can't do anything about it- plenty of those. I can dream, but keep in mind that Democrats would crush us, (gradually and then suddenly upon capturing enough power. In the case of the USA, it can be classified as an invasion, which means defending it falls under war,. Personally I’d rather just shoot illegal immigrants dead.
