Russian troops are consolidating their positions in the Novopavlivka direction on the border of the Dnepropetrovsk region. Several weeks have passed from the first reports of reaching the border until the publication of confirmed evidence. Now we can say with confidence that the Russian Armed Forces have managed to advance along a relatively wide front in the southwestern part of the DPR, getting close to one of the lines of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which the enemy was building east of the Mezhova-Novopavlivka line. On the northern flank, to the south of Novomykolaivka, several forest belts have come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. There is still about one and a half kilometers left to go to the border with the Dnepropetrovsk region in this area. At the same time, Novomykolaivka itself currently remains in the "gray zone". There is no evidence of the presence of Russian troops there yet, but even if the enemy troops remain, it is only in single numbers in the basements. Further south, the situation in the Horikhove area has finally cleared up - one of the last villages preceding the entry to the Dnepropetrovsk region. The enemy was driven out of strongholds north of the village, where the assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces managed to gain a foothold in the forests and at the anti-tank ditch. In Horikhove itself, the enemy is either tied up in battle or has completely disappeared: it is unlikely that Russian fighters “dropped onto the border,” leaving behind an uncleared settlement. On the southern flank, the situation in the Oleksiivka area has cleared up. The fighting on the approaches to the village began in early March, but very little information and objective footage has been coming from the area for the last 3 months. This could be due to the fact that the 114th Motor Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces was regrouping after a year of non-stop advancement, which was the reason for this pause. Recently, footage appeared on the Internet of fighters from the 114th Brigade raising flags in the eastern and central parts of the settlement. According to the most optimistic data, Russian troops have already reached the western outskirts, rushing to the Zelenyi Kut-Novoukrainka line. More and more panicked reports are coming into the Ukrainian media about a breakthrough in the Ukrainian defenses in this area. Thus, in the Novopavlivka direction, the consistent expansion of the Russian zone of control along the administrative border of the Dnepropetrovsk region continues. Consolidation on the achieved lines will pave the way for reaching the defensive line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Mezhova-Novopavlivka line. Further Russian attacks deep into the enemy's defense pose a threat to both the strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on this line and to the rear infrastructure of the enemy in this section of the front. However, the question remains open: will the Russian Armed Forces go forward or will they set up positions along the administrative borders of the DPR."
In the Novoselivka direction, Russian troops are also developing an offensive towards the borders of the Dnepropetrovsk region. And just as in the neighboring Novopavlivka sector, significant successes were achieved here. Russian fighters from the "Vostok" group advanced south of the Vovcha River, developing an offensive to the west from the previously liberated Bahatyr. The Russian Ministry of Defense officially confirmed the units' exit to the administrative border of the Dnepropetrovsk region. The main advance was achieved in the area of irrigation canals northwest of Otradne. At the same time, it is possible that the actual scale of success exceeds the generally known - the situation in the area is changing dynamically, the assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces continue to advance daily. The configuration of the front line in the Komar area is gradually becoming clearer: Russian troops have taken control of part of the forest belts and fields east of the village, expanding the semi-envelope of the settlement. Successful actions in this area have been previously reported, but the exact configuration of the Russian zone of control remained unknown - now the data is confirmed by sources from the field. However, here too the real scale of the advance of the Russian Armed Forces may be even more significant.The situation in the Novoselivka direction is becoming increasingly critical for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Simultaneous attacks in the Novopavlivka and Novoselivka directions make it possible to break the Ukrainian lines of defense in several areas at once on the approaches to the administrative border of the Dnepropetrovsk region. This creates risks for the stability of the entire line of defensive structures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this section of the front."
In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian troops continue to level the front line along the border with the Dnepropetrovsk region. If earlier Russian fighters had consolidated their positions in one of the areas west of Horikhove, now the Russian Armed Forces are expanding their zone of control both on the northern flank, in the Udachne area, and in the Oleksiivka area in the south. After several months of positional battles, the situation on the northern flank has become clearer. Recently, Russian troops in Udachne expanded their zone of control in the eastern part of the settlement, gradually breaking through the Ukrainian defenses, moving closer to its center. At the same time, intense clashes are also taking place to the south. According to incoming reports from the field, it was possible to clarify the configuration of the front in the Novomykolaivka area, where Russian troops have consolidated their positions in the southern and eastern parts of the settlement. There is less than a kilometer left to go to the adjacent village of Muravka, located on the border with the Dnepropetrovsk region. Another significant change in the configuration of the front occurred on the Horikhove-Bohdanivka line, where Russian troops are also moving towards the border with the Dnepropetrovsk region.️ However the situation near the Stavkova Gully, to the southeast, remains unclear: earlier, the enemy managed to equip several lines of engineering barriers here, between Bohdanivka and Oleksiivka. There may no longer be any Ukrainian troops there. But it is also not yet advisable for Russian fighters to advance through the open terrain between the rows of barbed wire. There are also significant successes on the northern bank of the Vovcha River. Here, fighters from the 114th Motor Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces are advancing, and according to the most optimistic data, the assault detachments broke into the villages of Zelenyi Kut and Novoukrainka, located to the west of Oleksiivka. And now there is objective footage of Russian stormtroopers in the area of the canal near Novoukrainka. However, it is not yet entirely clear which route Russian fighters were able to take to reach the canal. Russian troops continue to methodically push the enemy out of positions along the administrative border of the Dnepropetrovsk region. Successes on the Udachne-Horikhove line and advancement in the Zelenyi Kut area create conditions for a potential exit to the next line of Ukrainian defense located already in the Dnepropetrovsk region.However, the situation in certain sectors - in particular, near the Stavkova Gully - remains uncertain. At the same time, the overall advance of Russian troops is not slowing down: the front line is gradually shifting to the west, and the initiative in this direction remains with the Russian Army."
In the Novoselivka direction, Russian troops continue to develop the offensive towards the borders of the Dnepropetrovsk region. The assault detachments of the "Vostok" group managed to achieve noticeable tactical successes and significantly expand their zone of control. Fighters of the 336th Marine and the 37th Motor Rifle Brigades of the Russian Armed Forces captured the village of Komar after several days of heavy fighting. The enemy tried to hold their ground for several days, but eventually retreated behind the Mokri Yaly River, taking positions in the village of Perebudova on the western bank. To the northwest, Russian units made a quick dash and captured the territory between Komar and Dachne. Ukrainian troops retreated to the village of Zaporizhia.️ The enemy is regularly hit by fire and UAVs: armored vehicles, and field ammunition depots are destroyed. All attempts at counterattacks end unsuccessfully for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Currently, there are no signs of a slowdown in the advance of the "Vostok" group. Successful actions of Russian units in the neighboring Novopavlivka direction are increasing the pressure on the enemy's defenses. Further advancement of Russian troops threatens to break through another line of Ukrainian strongholds and disrupt the supply routes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the southwestern part of the DPR. Ukrainian troops in the Horikhove-Andriivka-Novoukrainka triangle risk being encircled. Retreating from positions is also fraught with heavy losses under the blows of Russian UAV strikes. The Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is faced with a difficult choice: either abandon the lines and lose territory, or try to hold them at any cost, risking being trapped."
In the Kostyantynivka direction, Russian troops continue to expand their control zone west of the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal, gradually approaching Kostyantynivka from the south. The assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces drove the enemy out of Dyliivka after several weeks of fighting and advanced about a kilometer along the railway in the direction of Oleksandro-Shultyne. The liberation of this village will allow them to reach the outskirts of Kostyantynivka. Despite active counterattacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops continue to destroy enemy manpower and equipment at strongholds along the entire front line. Work is also underway on fortified positions in the Bila Hora direction. To the west, active hostilities continue in the Toretsk area. Russian troops are conducting assault operations in the direction of the eastern outskirts of the Kleban-Byk Reservoir and enemy positions near Nelipivka. During the fighting, the enemy attempted a counterattack with a motorized rifle platoon in the area of the St. Matrona of Moscow (Novodzerzhinskaya) mine. Along the way, Ukrainian armored vehicles were blown up on a minefield, and the subsequent attempt to land troops was thwarted by fire from the Russian troops. Meanwhile, in the center, on the Katerynivka - Oleksandro-Kalynove line, the "fog of war" still remains: reports from this sector are extremely limited, but reports of active artillery work on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine indicate preparations for possible assault operations of the Russian Armed Forces in this sector. On the western flank, in the Yablunivka area, Russian units also achieved certain successes, advancing in the village itself and to the north of it."
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops are conducting intensive combat operations in the area of Chasiv Yar. Units of the Russian Armed Forces are expanding the zone of control within the city, advancing in several areas at once. The assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces have consolidated their positions on the eastern outskirts in the Shevchenko and Levanevskoho microdistricts and have driven the enemy out of the Novopivnichnyi microdistrict. The territory of the mine north of the city has also been taken under Russian control. There are reports of forward groups advancing towards Mykolaivka, although they are contradictory. In response, the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is transferring reserves from other directions. There has been an increase in the activity of Ukrainian tactical aviation, as well as missile strikes on Russian positions in the Artemovsk area. The sky above the combat area is crowded with UAVs, which complicates the advance of the Russian Armed Forces, especially outside dense urban areas. There are not many unmined shelters left in the city limits. On the southern flank, fierce fighting continues in the Stupochky area near the T-05-04 highway. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are carrying out diversionary actions and destroying buildings suitable for defense, trying to slow down the Russian advance towards Kostyantynivka. Despite stubborn resistance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops are methodically moving forward, expanding the penetration of key points of Ukrainian defenses."
In the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad direction, Russian troops continue to encircle the agglomeration from the northeast. In recent days, the Russian Armed Forces have achieved significant success, greatly expanding the zone of control in the fields near Novoekonomichne. In the northern sector, Russian troops have liberated Shevchenko Pershe and Koptjeve, where the enemy resistance has been destroyed. There have been reports of their capture before, but now there is confirmation from the ground. There are also fierce battles in the northwest, on the territory of Razine and on the southern outskirts of Novotoretske. Here, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to hold the front line along the Kazenyi Torets River, the crossing of which will allow Russian stormtroopers to reach Rodynske. In the central sector, according to information from the field, the assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces completely drove the enemy out of Malynivka and Myrne, having gained a foothold in the forest belts east of Novoekonomichne. In the Novoekonomichne area, Russian troops pushed the enemy back from the approaches to Mykolaivka and entered the southern outskirts of the village. At the moment, fierce battles continue in the sector. Judging by the current configuration of the front, good news should be expected directly from Novoekonomichne in the near future.
In the Novoselivka direction, Russian troops continue to break through the northern flank of enemy's defenses. Today, objective footage appeared on the Internet, confirming the liberation of Piddubne. In addition, according to reports from the field, the Russian Armed Forces continued to build on their success and drove enemy units out of most of neighboring Tolstoi. Fighters from the 36th Motor Rifle Brigade of the 29th Army liberated Piddubne, which had been under battle for the past few days. Today, footage appeared online showing Russian fighters raising flags in several parts of the village. Then, reports began to arrive confirming further advances of the Russian Armed Forces in this area. Thus, according to reports from the field, Russian stormtroopers managed to dislodge the enemy from most of Tolstoi located to the north. At the moment, the main clashes are taking place in the Myrne area, as well as on the approaches to Voskresenka. In addition, in an attempt to slow the advance of the Russian Armed Forces, the enemy blew up a bridge span located on the Vovcha River, in the Novoukrainka area, with a drone. Events continue to develop extremely dynamically. Over the past few weeks, Far Eastern soldiers have made significant progress in this area, capturing four settlements and bringing the liberation of the southwestern DPR even closer."
Today, after more than a week of fierce fighting on the western flank of the Zaporozhye direction, Russian troops liberated Kamyanske. The assault detachments from the 247th and 108th regiments of the Russian Armed Forces pushed the Ukrainian troops out of the central and northeastern parts of the village and consolidated their positions. By early July, Russian stormtroopers were able to cross the Yanchekrak River and create a bridgehead on its right bank. The enemy transferred additional reserves to the area and used aviation to strike the positions of the Russian Armed Forces, but was unable to push them back. Over the next week, units of the 108th and 247th regiments developed an offensive towards the northern outskirts of Kamyanske. By June 8, they captured most of the village and raised the Airborne Forces flag in its center. The enemy's focal presence remains only on its northern outskirts, but it does not offer organized resistance here. Currently, Russian troops are gradually developing their offensive further north along the shore of the former Kakhovka Reservoir. It is quite possible that they will soon reach the outskirts of Plavni, the capture of which will open the way to Stepnohirsk."
In the Kupyansk direction, clashes continue on both sides of the Oskil River. On the right bank, the Russian Armed Forces are trying to expand the bridgehead they captured at the beginning of the year, while on the left, fierce fighting continues in the fields southeast of Kupyansk along the Petropavlivka-Stepova Novoselivka-Hlushkivka line. On the right bank, Russian troops managed to break through to Radkivka, advancing from the previously liberated Kindrashivka along the P-79 road. This allowed them to get much closer to Kupyansk. So far, it has not been possible to confirm the Russian Defense Ministry's reports about the liberation of Moskovka and Sobolivka located even further south, due to the lack of objective footage. To the north, the Russian Armed Forces captured Milove on the border with the Belgorod Region. At the same time, heavy clashes continue on the left bank, where Ukrainian troops periodically attempt counter-attacks on the Kolisnykivka-Tabaivka line. Russian troops, in turn, are gradually expanding their control zone in the vicinity of Stepova Novoselivka, approaching the settlement from both the north and the east. Heavy fighting continues in the Kupyansk direction, and despite the gradual advance of the Russian Armed Forces to the northern outskirts of Kupyansk itself, the liberation of this important logistics hub, necessary for a further offensive deep into the Kharkiv region, is still far away."
In the Sumy direction, over the past two months, the Russian Armed Forces have penetrated the enemy's defenses to a depth of 15 kilometers and up to 30 kilometers along the front. This has not gone unnoticed by the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is attempting to stabilize the situation along the Kindrativka-Andriivka-Oleksiivka line. At the moment, extremely heavy clashes continue in the Kindrativka-Oleksiivka sector. The enemy, using a significant number of manpower, is trying to penetrate the Russian positions between the villages with the aim of isolating them. According to available information, the Ukrainian command has transferred here units that previously participated in the battles near Tetkino. The Russian Aerospace Forces aviation is working on them. In Yunakivka, located to the east, clashes continue near the H-07 highway in the center of the village. Taking control of the above-mentioned Kindrativka-Andriivka-Oleksiivka line will allow the Russian Armed Forces to occupy the prevailing heights, which will expose the Ukrainian positions in Sumy itself to the range of barrel artillery. This will also open the way to Pysarivka, where there is a crossing that is important for the enemy's logistics - the loss of control over it will lead to a serious crisis in Ukrainian defenses to the north of Sumy."
Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense officially announced the liberation of the village of Myrne in the Novoselivka direction. The village itself came under the control of the Russian Armed Forces several days earlier, however, only now have the footage of Russian flags being raised almost throughout the entire territory of the village appeared online. Russian troops managed to fully cross the Mokryi Yaly River and create a bridgehead for a further offensive towards Myrne on June 22, when Perestroika, located on the left bank of the aforementioned river, was liberated. Continuing to build on their success, the assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces were able to make significant progress in the fields west of Fedorivka a week later, thereby approaching Myrne from the south. Another week later, neighboring Piddubne, located to the north, fell under the pressure of the Far Eastern soldiers. All this made it possible to take Myrne in a semi-encirclement by July 10, engaging in fighting within the boundaries of the settlement itself. After a short assault, the village was finally liberated, which is now confirmed by objective footage. The Novoselivka direction remains one of the most dynamic to date. The offensive of Russian troops is still ongoing, which means that new reports of the successes of the Russian Armed Forces and more liberated settlements in the southwestern part of the DPR cannot be ruled out."
Against the backdrop of the battles for Novoekonomichne, the Russian troops are advancing in areas to the north and northeast of Myrnohrad, where they develop operations based on the successes of the previous days, when the Russian Armed Forces managed to gain a foothold on the Koptjeve-Razine-Myrne-Mykolaivka line. Now, after the liberation of Malynivka and Shevchenko Pershe, the front in this area has begun to rapidly roll back in the northwestern direction. In the southern sector, the Armed Forces of Ukraine mined the reservoir dam north of Myrolyubivka, but this did not hold the Russian stormtroopers for long. After the water receded, the Russian Armed Forces advanced closer to the center of the village of Mykolaivka, and by the end of July 13 the fighting was already for the school. The enemy had to retreat from Mykolaivka. At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine still control several strongholds on the T-05-04 highway, control over which is important for aligning the front along the bank of the Kazenyi Torets River and for a broader offensive on Novoekonomichne from the east. Meanwhile, to the west of Novoekonomichne, after a series of attacks, the highway from Myrnohrad, which runs past the mine, was taken under fire control. Although, Ukrainian equipment had already been burned there by Russian drones before. To the north, after several days of fighting, the Russian Armed Forces liberated Razine: the enemy published footage of the shelling of an ammunition depot in the village, while forward detachments of the Russian Armed Forces were spotted on the eastern outskirts of Fedorivka, two kilometers to the north. At least part of the fortification network to the southwest of Razine also came under the control of Russian Armed Forces, and small detachments of Russian stormtroopers were spotted in the area of the mine and on the approaches to Chervonyi Lyman. At the moment, fighting is taking place on the approaches to the Chervonyi Lyman Mine, located less than two kilometers from the city of Rodynske. And according to the most optimistic data, the mine is already under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. There are also successes in the northern sector, in the Novotoretske area, where the settlement of Mayak was declared liberated according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. If this information is confirmed, this will mean the second relatively powerful (by local standards) breakthrough in recent days. If the Russian Armed Forces are able to quickly exploit their success, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are late with measures to stabilize the front line, then in the near future the entire Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration risks being surrounded by the Russian Armed Forces, since the M-30 highway on the western flank has been under the fire control of Russian UAV operators for more than six months, so it will be difficult for the enemy to use it as the main supply route."
Fierce clashes continue in the Sumy direction, with Kindrativka and its environs remaining the focus. The enemy regularly transfers reserves here, trying to prevent further advancement of the Russian Armed Forces, but at the same time loses positions in neighboring sections of the front. In the Kindrativka-Andriivka area, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have brought in reinforcements transferred from other directions. Earlier, the enemy forces managed to wedge themselves into the positions of the Russian Armed Forces between Kindrativka and Kostyantynivka, having secured a foothold in a ravine. Oleksiivka is still held by Russian troops, but Ukrainian aviation and UAVs are operating in Andriivka. At the same time, stormtroopers from the 1443rd Motor Rifle Regiment and the 83rd Airborne Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces are fighting for Varachyne, where fierce resistance from the enemy is observed despite the modest size of the village and the semi-encirclement previously formed by Russian troops. In the vicinity of Yunakivka, the assault detachments of the 11th Airborne Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces are advancing from the previously liberated Yablunivka in the direction of the Sumy-Yunakivka road. In Yunakivka itself, the situation is difficult - Russian troops are making progress, but there is no talk about the complete liberation of the settlement. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to stop the advance of Russian troops by pulling together units of the 225th and 425th Separate Assault Regiments, 156th Mechanized Brigade, 71st Jaeger Brigade and a hodgepodge of air assault units. However, the situation remains unfavorable for the enemy units, which are suffering heavy losses. Despite the Ukrainian reserves being knocked out, the enemy is firmly clinging to his positions. However, the Russian Armed Forces, albeit slowly, are methodically moving forward, repelling numerous counterattacks, and the enemy forces have not yet been able to turn the tide."
While heavy fighting is going on in the neighboring Sumy direction, the situation in the Kharkov region has remained stably tense for a long time, without any particular changes. But now the situation has somewhat changed. Relative calm remains near Lyptsi, from where there have been no reports of attacks from any side for quite a long time. In the Vovchansk area, Russian troops are increasing their activity operating in the forests near Prilipka. The enemy units from the 127th Territorial Defense and the 57th Motorized Brigades, are suffering losses as a result of counterattacks. In Vovchansk itself, small enemy groups are still operating, as in the vicinity of Tykhe. The buildings and strongholds here are heavily damaged as a result of past battles and are therefore not very convenient for cover, although here, too, Ukrainian troops from the 11th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine are attempting counterattacks. At the end of last week, the Russian Armed Forces crossed the state border and started fighting for Dehtyarne. It is curious however that on June 14, the enemy's resources declared the complete loss of the settlement, while in fact the cleanup had not yet been completed. From the direction of previously liberated Milove, the assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces managed to advance to Khatnje, but did not start the assault on the settlement - the enemy transferred reinforcements here, in particular, a UAV company. To the south, units of the 143rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were knocked out from several positions, but there is no talk about the collapse of the front here, yet. So far, the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to stabilize the sites of potential breakthroughs by transferring "fire teams" of experienced UAV operators, but the resources are not endless. Especially considering the losses suffered from the actions of the Russian Armed Forces."
In the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad direction, the eastern flank remains the "hottest" section, where the semi-encirclement of the agglomeration from the northeast continues. Russian troops, having consolidated in Razine and part of Fedorivka, are breaking through in the direction of Rodynske. According to Ukrainian resources, the Russian Armed Forces bypassed the Chervonyi Lyman (Krasnolimanskaya) Mine in the direction of Rodynske, allegedly reaching the local cemetery. If this information is confirmed, the situation of the enemy's defending forces will be significantly complicated. To the north, the situation near Mayak is not entirely clear. There is no evidence of a Russian breakthrough to the village yet, but in Novotoretske, apparently, fighting began some time ago. East of Novotoretske, the situation in a chain of strongholds that were attacked by the Russian troops in early July has become somewhat clearer: part of the fortified area is under stable control of the Russian Armed Forces. To the south, in the central sector, fighting is underway in the Novoekonomichne area. The enemy holds a small section of the fortified area east of the Kazenyi Torets River on the T-05-04 highway, although he has lost most of the neighboring Mykolaivka. The northern part of the village has been cleared; small groups of Ukrainian infantry hiding in basements remain only in the south. In Novoekonomichne itself, the situation is extremely difficult. The enemy is trying to slow down the advance of the Russian Armed Forces by all available means. Bloody battles are underway in the area of the school. According to some reports, the Russian Armed Forces have also begun an offensive on the village from the north, from Razine. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to destroy one of the dams between Myrolyubivka and Hrodivka. At the moment, the crisis in the enemy's defenses continues to escalate. Messages are already beginning to spread in the Ukrainian mediasphere that if the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine does not react to the Russian breakthrough at Razine, the enemy risks losing the entire Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration within the next month."
In the Kupyansk direction, fighting continues on the western bank of the Oskil River, which began six months ago with the entry of the Russian Armed Forces into Dvorichna. Now the assault detachments of the Russian Armed Forces are focused on expanding the bridgehead and creating conditions for encircling Kupyansk from the north. In the north, on the Kamyanka-Topoli line, the enemy was driven out of the forests located between the villages some time ago. This opened a land route to Kamyanka that does not require crossing the Oskil. From the Dvorichna side, Russian troops are advancing west towards Kutkivka, and in the forested areas the activity of Russian reconnaissance groups is growing, from whose actions the enemy suffers significant losses. In the vicinity of Kupyansk, the situation remains hidden by the "fog of war". According to some reports, the Armed Forces of Ukraine retreated from Holubivka, but it is not yet clear whether the Russian troops managed to gain a foothold there.
