The Rest In Peace (RIP) Thread

Jonathan Joss, who played John Redcorn in King of the Hill, was shot and killed yesterday in San Antonio, TX by his neighbor. Apparently Joss was a 'married' homosexual and his neighbor didn't like it...

Fact check: Falthssss!

Regardless, this is yet another example of a Mexican doing a job that Americans simply won’t do.

Mick Ralphs of Bad Company passed away at 81. Used to listen to Bad Company music from middle school to high school. Band was immensely popular on local radio stations in my area.

R.I.P.

One of the few instances of the track name, album name, and band name being the same.

About 2 weeks late, but I JUST now learned that British journalist/novelist/RAF pilot/MI6 agent Frederick Forsysth died on June 9th, aged 86.
I will always remember him best for his first three novels: The Day of the Jackal, The Odessa File, and The Dogs of War, all of which were adapted into movies.

RIP Michael Madsen

Michael Madsen Dead: 'Reservoir Dogs' Actor Was 67 https://share.google/u7SO3Dn2Ekzln5A7x

Great actor, probably best known for his roles in the Kill Bill movies and Reservoir Dogs. His hidden gem (for me) was as Rudy in 1994's "The Getaway" with Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger.
He wasn't very old. The article at the link says he had a heart attack. Nowadays you could say it was the vaxx, but I've heard of sudden death from heart attack all my life.

May he rest in peace.

Day of the Jackal was probably a real life plan the intelligence agencies had to kill De Gaulle, that was turned into a novel after he died.
