The Off-Topic and Random Thoughts Thread(Anything Goes!)

Don't know who this guy is but I agree with what he is saying here as this has also been my experience. In essence he is saying that when you are attempting to accomplish something that in the beginning people don't support you and encourage you, but once you start making sh*t happen and realizing your vision, then, and only then, do others start wanting to jump on board and start showering you with platitudes like, "I always knew you could do it!" Ironically though, it is in the beginning when you need the most help and support, and not once you've got the ball rolling.

before I converted I dabbled in Yoga classes, in Asia led by Indians, I once experienced a powerful internal vibration during what I assume was some kind of prayer segment they conducted at the end (I couldn't understand the words).
Could have been the Kundalini spirit energy,

This energy, often symbolized as a serpent coiled at the root chakra at the base of the spine, is guided upward through the chakras until it reaches the crown chakra at the top of the head.

From a Christian home, I've had strong aversion to false spirituality, when Hare Krishnas started showing up in the 90s, as a little kid I wondered why the locals weren't beating up these weirdos, feeling the way young Protestant and Catholic schoolkids hate on one another in N.Ireland, or like rival soccer team hooligans.

I've heard about KuYo from Catholic youtubers first. An Orthodox convert who also was very much into this stuff earlier in life wrote a book to warn other truth seekers, he saw levitation and all the other tricks, the book was mentioned on the forum.
