I'd say it wasn't low IQ on the part of white elites that allowed for a Jewish takeover, but instead decadence, complacency, weakness and cowardice.
I don't believe Jews are inherently more intelligent than whites, but they undoubtedly have a much higher in-group preference. They work as a group and are willing to sacrifice to achieve incremental progress over time. At least the ones who laid the groundwork for the current conditions were like that.
Go back throughout history and you'll find a trail of weak white leaders who sold the future of their people due to their own greed, lust, cowardice, making little compromises along the way that allowed their enemies to gain a foothold, one after the other, all this led us to where we are today.
Jews are masters at exploiting the weaknesses of their enemies. Arrogance being another. So many whites today are arrogant, they believe themselves to be above such "primitive" concepts like community, shared heritage, tradition, family, blood and soil, and are thus having their lunches eaten by a group that fully embraces those things.
It's definitely a morality problem that has led us here. Fixing it will require people who are loyal, courageous, and selfless, the exact types of people that our current political apparatus is designed to filter out.
