The Biden-Harris Administration

... her base is composed of millions of people who are even dumber and who no doubt saw her as brave for going on Fox News.
This is the thing and one of the reasons why she'll win. Her followers are more rabid than ours. Whereas I strongly dislike Kamala and would give my left testicle to be able to debate her in front of millions of people (with my face in clown makeup so that I could remain anonymous), her followers actually hate Trump and want to see him dead.

Kamalatoe was too scared to attend the Al Smith dinner. Sent in a lame video instead, with some unfunny SNL character from 30 years ago. Looks cowardly. Compare and contrast with T who jumped upped after being shot in the head, with blood on his face yelling fight fight fight.

What happened to “joy”?

Unfortunately. I always get a kick out of right-wingers who say they will "do something" if the government ever comes for our guns. Or when they talk about militias that will fight back if the government ever comes after our rights. Well, the government has been whittling our rights away for a while now. Where are these imaginary militias? What did they do in the face of a blatantly rigged election? Nothing. And that's what they'll do when the government comes after your guns. Nothing.

I'm not convinced that Kamala is a shoe-in, there is a real possibility Trump can win, but I am convinced that the right will continue to lose because they don't play for keeps like the left does.

"Chavez was in tears during the phone call as Kamala shred her to pieces, called her an idiot, inept, horrible at your f-ing job, and told her that her stupid advice is going to be the reason she loses."

lol @ DEI hire.

In all honestly to Julie Chavez, Harris could have said “oh I have to go, it would be a disaster if I don’t show up”

I get what Chavez was coming from, Harris is a walking train wreck. But I mean she had to know that going in, why take the job of Harris campaign manager in the first place?

I haven't seen many people talking about the fact that the video Kamala's team sent to the Al Smith dinner, which itself is a Catholic charity event, was designed to make fun of Catholics. In the video, the idiot girl says the dinner is "up there with the Last Supper" in terms of importance. This whole stunt comes across more like a middle finger than anything else. Will this change the fact that Catholics by majority vote for Democrats? I hope so.

Do Catholics by majority vote democrat? I'm not so sure of that, are we specifically talking about Hispanics? Specifically the new Hispanic immigrants because all the original Texan hispanics I know down south are hardcore republicans. I don't think any other major Catholic demographic is liberal, in fact I would contend it's the opposite. Which Catholic group would you say is liberal?

She's not bright and a complete DEI ( 2 tier since she's latino and woman), so that's how she's advanced throughout her career, not through her talent.

Smart people can spot it easily. So there's 2 things going on here. Harris is barely above a fence post in terms of intelligence and Chavez has ridden the DEI carpet to get where she is.

So opaque Kamala, doesn't know better on who to select and reject and the DNC knows Harris was a long shot so why waste a real talented campaign manager on this election? Instead they get to claim it's the first person of Latin descent to get that position since their whole campaign is on DEI and Wokeism.

And we get to have fun watching the trainwreck.

My heart wants to agree, but my mind keeps interrupting. This is the "hispanics are natural conservatives" argument. For most of my adult life, I believed it. Like you, I know plenty of Hispanic Republicans. Unfortunately, time and again the votes come in decisively democrat.

Hispanics are a reliable Democrat bloc. Old Spanish types are often blue-dog style democrats. They may hunt elk, own guns, and drive trucks, but they vote democrat. Immigrants vote Democrat enthusiastically, as the Dems court them from Day 1. Naturalization Ceremonies are followed by a plethora of lib non-profits with their booths set up next to the Medicare, education program, and Social Security booths. Two such ceremonies I attended were presided by federal judges that reminded the new citizens of their duty to vote, its sacred nature, and the fact that the white man had so long endeavored to prevent them from voting. Stoke resentment for the other team and shower shiny stuff from your team - it works.

The evidence for my argument is the voting record of the southwest. The length of the Rio Grande valley, from Colorado to the Texas shore, is reliably blue. Sure, there are Hispanic republicans, but the simple math is undeniable. Once Texas flips, and it will flip on demographics alone here shortly, the US will approach a 1-party state. I'm trying not to black pill, hopefully it will change now, but this is why border control is the biggest issue in this election. The rest flows downhill from demographics, sad as it is. I hope Trump makes it and delivers for the nation.

There have been some inroads in wooing Hispanics away from the left, but it may be too little, too late. The Democrats are simply too good at lying, selling out your birthright, and then projecting it on the other guy. They are experts at playing to people's weaker nature, and the free lunch fantasy that they promise looks too good to resist. The Republicans on the other hand, especially recently, are fairly upfront and honest in that they'll continue to push policies that they know their base doesn't like. The political solution has always been to close the border down, enforce English as the national language, and to cultivate a strong cultural identity.

Part of it is cultural. Hispanics will give preference to other Hispanics, even if they are illegally in the country. In-group preference and nostalgia for the "old country" is strong and the more illegals from Central and South America the Dems can haul in, the stronger the in-group preference becomes. "My family is all illegals, but we've been illegals coming here since 1965" is a valid argument for them. The Dems know how to exploit this by promising to turn a blind eye and give them special status.

Look at the voting patterns of States with significant Catholic populations - Irish in Massachusetts, Italians in New Jersey, Poles in Illinois, Mexicans in California, etc. Are they voting red ?
I think Cubans are the only Catholics who overwhelmingly vote republican.
