Its kinda sad when you think about how we got here. All these women who used to be innocent young girls totally bereft of a father figure to guide them, in a society that actively coaxes them into depravity.

We are in the midst of catastrophic societal entropy. Among the many benefits of Christianity is that it exists as a force to counter societal entropy. By which I mean being degenerate, self centered and enslaved to passions is the path of least resistance for a person, so you need the Church as a force to counter that tendency. There is a restrainer that is also mentioned in this context, which could be the church and/or holy spirit. St. Paul was writing to a group that thought the end times were upon them (as all people of all time generally have), but if this is an archetype of what is to come, and generally that's how archetypes work, what we are seeing now could easily be in that vein.

Fr. Alexander Schmemann saw this in the 1970s and early 1980s before he died. I have seen this for quite a long time in American Orthodoxy, as I was raised for this culture fairly strictly, but by no means strictly in an uber pious Orthodox sense. To be Orthodox in America for the last 70 years even was to be seen as different, probably "religious" or serious, and certainly uncommon. I mention this because like men have just become accessories to women in recent years, people's adherence to religious things are quite similar - something you attend occasionally, but mostly it's just a side item on your life menu.

The reason I bring all of this up is because as a result, who is really looking out for younger women, or to guide them or to make sure or possibly encourage them to marry an Orthodox man? I have found that to be quite rare, it pretty much only happened if ethnic circles coincided. Lower numbers did affect this. It's also probably a big, if not the, reason I am not married. But it could also be why I'm not divorced (if unreligious or not tied to a tradition, we know how that went for many). Who knows.

Women and gays love gossiping, talking about nonsense like shows, style and movies, etc. These are just feminine elements aligning, from what I've seen. Men will be pretty good workers because they are logical, but they also are (if gay) because they value money to the extreme, being materialists like women. I think they are also more likely to invest. But they are also preferred for various jobs and positions by the modern degenerate system and DEI.
