Stop Eating Seed Oils Challenge

moving to the correct thread -
Sunflower oil is high in Omega 6 PUFAs. So over the long haul, it's not a good oil to eat/cook with all the time.
Which PUFA is the good one? Or are they all bad.. That was always the selling point, for margarine as well (which I avoid like the plague)

Dr Mercola thinks that PUFAs (contained in seed oils) are responsible for the drop in metabolic rate since the industrial revolution. And the more we consume of these, the lower our body temps get which means we have to eat less and move more than our ancestors to keep the same weight.

So it's no wonder why there are so many fat and obese people these days as they are not only eating more, but are eating more seed oils.

I don't see anything wrong with seed oils unless these are typical seed oils used in the States.
You got to understand these industrial type oils are different.
Canola is a toxic rapeseed plant oil, and most seed oils now are highly processed, hexane extracted, not organic and filtered. These are more like industrial products. I had known all that for at least 25 years.
I really want to eat real and natural, unfiltered sunflower seed oil which is popular in Eastern Europe and eat a lot of it.
