Situation in the Red Sea (Houthi Thread)

Houthis announced sanctions against American companies exporting oil to Israel, as well as their executives and tankers.
On one hand this sounds just like a PR stunt, since Houthis don't have any instruments to impose these sanctions. On the other hand they could start attacking companies which conduct business with them.

In other news, there's no news about the fate of "Minervagracht", attacked by the Houthis and abandoned by her crew 2 days ago. The only footage available at the moment was posted by the EU operation Aspides, but it doesn't show how bad is the damage.

Part of the deck and the superstructure were damaged and there's fire inside, but there's nothing suggesting that the hull was breached. If so, then the risk of her sinking is somewhat low.

"Minervagracht" update - fires completely subsided and there are no signs of a hull breach. She's adrift, but salvageable.

Unfortunately one of the sailors has passed away.
