I was curious and looked this up. It is true that this territory previously belonged to China, but was ceded to Russia by a treaty in 1860. China also used to own Mongolia, but I don't think anyone is saying Mongolia belongs to China. What was agreed by treaty 100s of years ago is valid now.

As for the actual city, Russia founded Vladivostok after the land came into their possession, so it never was a Chinese city.

For a long time Taiwan still claimed Mongolia as a Chinese territory....it's unclear if they still do.

There is a contingent that wants World War 3 for religious reasons. They really need to be exposed so that people are aware of the forces driving this and that it can be stopped.

The "War with Iran will be WW3" stuff is complete nonsense. If direct war with Russia via Ukraine did not cause WW3, which is 5 hours from Moscow, why would attacking Iran cause WW3?

A war with Iran is FAR less risk of nuclear conflagaration than the Ukrainian war was (and still is), there is nothing to worry about regarding Iran.

That said, Trump is an idiot if he goes to war with Iran as we can't afford it, neither could we afford the war with Ukraine/Russia either, so I extremely doubt such a thing will happen under his administration. Trump knows it would be retarded and isn't seeking war.
