No, don't cancel, as the situation in Romania is still fluid, and it's still unclear who will come out on top.
But you should have a plan B (a second place to go in another country) if you all need to get out again quick.

Hope these people can liberate themselves from the EU clown show, they went through a lot with Ceausescu.

When a building is covered fully in scaffolding for general repairs or demolition, large advertising is often put outside the scaffolding to help finance the renovations.
It's very normal all over europe.

As for the rest of the buildings, Romanaian dictator Ceausescu flattened almost the entire old town of Bucharest (around 380 hectares or 940 acres) in the 1980s
